Great Experience Always. I have been going to this detail facility for a decade now. I cannot remember a time when I picked up one of my cars and I was not truly happy with the job. Always forthright and prompt. If there will be a delay then you will get a heads-up call. If you do not need a certain process done, then they will not suggest it. They know about paint and all materials and the reaction of materials to the products/ processes they use. They know the result of the work and the future implications. This matters to me because I like to keep my cars as new as possible. If something cannot be done, they will not say it can be done! Also, other than waxing and polishing (properly) they are capable of many other steps and processes to restore and refinish your baby, inside and out (and under). Also great at refinishing bumpers, dings and wheels, etc. This is not a detail only facitliy, but a cosmetic repair shop with a positive outlook and an experienced owner (Wilder Lorenzana). I suggest you check him out. You will be surprised!

We have been taking our cars here for more than 5 years for detailing and body work (perhaps more frequently than many others since we live in DC and don't have a garage). They do great work and are very reasonable. Coincidentally, I saw Mr. Gallagher's Allante in the shop when I was last there and it looked like new!

Had an appointment for 8am - no-one was there by 8:10 - no-one notified me of the delay - I had to call to check - I was told "be there in 10 minutes", it was actually 20 minutes later that someone showed up (30 minutes past the appointment) - After arriving I was not greeted, there was no apology for the delay - He instantly upped the price by $30 because one of the back seats had dirt on it - On the phone I was told "5-6 hours", but in person I was given an estimate of 8 hours for a full detail, but without my car requiriing any particular extra work - I tried to use the coupon I had on my phone but he did not accept it because it was not printed out Ended up leaving so not sure about the quality of the service. I suspect the reviews that talk about how well the customers are treated are fake.

Dropped off my vehicle for a quick exterior hand wash. Came back to a sparkling exterior and clean interior as well. I am very pleased with the service, pricing, and overall experience and will be coming back for wax/polish very soon.

I took my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to get detailed prior to selling it. Wilder and his crew did an amazing job! The Jeep looks so good I am not sure I want to sell it anymore. I would highly recommend AAD, I am bringing the rest of the family cars in soon.

America's Auto Detail took my 17-year-old car that had never been detailed before and made it look like the day I bought it! I was surprised and didn't expect the results to turn out so good, especially since the car was covered in red chemical spots that had been stuck on the paint for years. Brought my Mustang GT 2016 last weak to Fix the back left fender with was crushed by my rear wheel thanks to the 1in spacers. American Auto details was able to bring it back perfectly you can't tell!. Also have installed Performance Lights system, Rouch wing, valance and painting the wheels Gloss black...etc.The over all results was very good to me. I like people who treat customers cars as their cars. Give it a shot you won't regret it.

If I could give this place fifty stars instead of five I would. Out of the about 15 different auto detail shops I've gone to all over NOVA this is hands down the absolute BEST. Not just talking about the superb quality of work that gets done but the superb service that is provided as well. When they say he is one of the best...they are not lying! Besides the great manner, sense of humor his jovial way...the actual detail of the car was immaculate. Every single nook and cranny was cleaned and polished of the Lexus SUV that I took there last week. You can waste your money elsewhere or get what you pay for here..which is EXCELLENT service!

I own a 20-year-old black Porsche 996 that desperately needed some "paint rejuvenation". Over the years it had developed the usual swirl marks and dull oxidation that comes with age. I searched far and wide in the D.C. area for a professional detailer who knew his way around wet sanding and other procedures that can bring an old car's paint back to life. I finally settled upon Wilder and America's Auto Detail and I can honestly say that it was the best investment I ever made in my vehicle. Wilder and America's Auto Detail made my car look almost "showroom" new! Not only that, but they tackled my car's unsightly 18 inch alloy wheels which were badly discolored due to curb rash and 20 years of road grime. These cleaned up beautifully under Wilder's care and hard work. I was seriously considering having to buy a whole new set of wheels for a TON of money but now don't see the need. From start to finish, Wilder was attentive, courteous and fun to work with. He even came in on one of his day's off to allow me to pick up the car. He is a fellow car enthusiast and is, for my money, the best car detailer around--by a long shot. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. If you want your car looking like new again, look no further. Highest recommendation!

When I took my car in it was ROUGH. A mouse had been living in it for 2months, the outside hadn't been washed in ages, and before the mouse situation I was using my car for food delivery. They finished my car same-day, making it look almost brand-new, AND they fixed my bent gas tank door. He also let me know that the mouse was still active (I thought she was gone for good. Nope! Just got better at hiding) and gave me some great tips on how to get her out. All affordable for the amount of hard-work put into the job. Will definitely be back. THANK YOU SO MUCH. 🙏

Took 2019 4Runner TRD Off Road through its off road paces for the first time this summer and came home with some scratches and dents, not to mention half the beach worth of sand throughout the back. Brought it in to America's Auto Detail and it came back like it was straight from the dealership the day I bought it. The owner, Wilder, did the work himself and was great to work with. I could have spent all afternoon talking with him and learning some car care tips. Expect incomparable quality of work and an even better person to deal with.

I was initially apprehensive of being able to find a cost efficient body shop to repair and correct my Lexus IS 250’s body paint, and to repair the front bumper. After some googling reviews I decided to seek Wilder’s help. Best decision ever. He turned my car into a head turner. I highly recommend his expertise in blending paint and repairing rock chips. He got my 11 year old car looking better than new. Honestly, he’s one of the best. A testament to his work is the type of clients he has (just check out some of the high end cars he’s working on) and how hard he works. I would recommend you pay a visit to his shop. I recently had a run in with a pole while driving my car. The pole won and left a nasty gash on my back bumper. I took my car to the BMW collision center and they quoted me a large sum to fix it and said that it would take 3 weeks. I then drove over to Wilder's shop and he quoted me 1/3 of what BMW did and said that he could have the car back to me in 3 days. Wilder and his team did a fantastic job and the car looks like new. In addition to doing great work, Wilder is a fun guy to be around. He will crack jokes and make you feel at ease while delivering great customer service - I appreciate that he always answers his phone the first time you call. I hope I don't have any more run ins with poles, but if I do, I'll be sure to take my car back to America's Auto Detail. Highly recommend!

Wilder and his team completely repaired and repainted the rear bumper and quarter panel on my Spark. The paint matching was perfect as was the quality at a reasonable price. As an added bonus, the metro is just 10 minutes walking distance from the shop.

Wilder is an incredible professional, and a true artist. I brought my 1993 Allante to him which had years of old wax, streaks and other imperfections. He did an extraordinary job of restoring the shine. There was a weird stain on the windshield right in the field of vision that no one could get out. In less than 5 minutes, he had it gone. And he charged half what I had been quoted at other shops. I highly recommend America's Auto Detail!

From the beginning of the process when you talk to the owner Wilder to discuss which service you want and the prices, you can tell that you are leaving your car in good hands.
