Great prices!!! I took my car to pep boys and they quoted me over $1000 to fix it, plus I had to pay $100 just for them to diagnose the problem. Took it to Ger's and they fixed it for 1/3 of the price. I like that after they diagnose the problem, if the problem is over their heads, first they admit it!! And then they don't charge you for looking at your car. At least they didn't for me.

I have been coming here for my oil change for more then 4 yrs. This Saturday I also came and was so upset they broke my oil cap and did not replace it. Their excuse was it happens over time. Will if it happens over time they broke it and should of offered to replace it, but no I had to buy a new one before I could drive off. Also request to speak to the owner or the manager they refused to give me his # or call him. I will never come here again, not only do I come for an oil change but all my repairs for all my 5 vehicles. I HOPE IT IS WORTH LOSSING A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

I don't get why there is so many bad reviews. It's sad that these reviews are FALSE. I went down there yesterday to take my car to see what was up, and they do NOT use dirty oil, they are very polite and their customer service is great. They will not take advantage of you either. They will tell you what really is wrong with your car, and help you out as much as they can. The workers are honest too. Not to mention that they have the best prices. You can go to any other mechanic shop and the prices at Gers will always be reasonable and fair. I love this place, I reccomend it to anyone.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I took my truck to this place a year ago and received terrible service. They sold me a lumpy tire, dirty oil, and took 4 tries to get my alignment right. Needless to say there was an argument at that time. Well today I went back and received the same level of unprofessional service. My vehicle was taken to a bay to get yet another alignment after replacing ball joints and tie rods. While I was waiting they asked me who I was and remembered my previous bad review. Immediately the staff was confrontational. I was told my ball joints and inner tie rods were bad and the service could not be performed. Then they became hostile. I think it's pretty funny. But also terribly unprofessional. I hope they see this review. *EDIT 20 minutes later and I'm getting my alignment done at another shop. There are no issues with my vehicle that would prevent me from doing so.

If I could give this place no stars I would! I used to go here in the past to get things done had a few problems with them in the past but let it go, decided to go in today and there was no one there. I asked the guy if I could get an alignment done on my car he said it would take 3 hours. I’ve taken my car to get an alignment here before and the times I’ve had it done they never got it right I would always have to bring it back. I don’t know what made me decide to bring it back today but it was a quick lesson learned that they done care too much about their customers. DONT GO HERE! 1. You will be there all day. 2. They are scam artist. 3. You’ll probably walk out pissed because you wasted your money.

Long post alert, but - I was recommended to try Ger's Auto Repair after a dealership wanted an exorbitant amount for my A/C repair. So I went by after work - which I might add is VERY HELPFUL that Ger's is open till 7 pm!! They looked at it and gave the exact diagnosis as the dealership - all I told them was "the a/c doesnt get cold". They quoted me a total repair price of LESS THAN HALF of what the dealership quoted-same guarantee too. I said I'm bringing back on Saturday. They ordered the parts with just a small deposit and I showed up Sat. and they replaced my entire compressor system that afternoon. No added fees, paid the price I was quoted. Now, does it look dirty and junky when u drive up? Of course it does, it is an auto repair shop! I would be very skeptical if it was pristine. They have 2 waiting areas that are neat, one with a huge TV playing HBO, a soda machine, snack machine - what else do you need? As a single woman who has to hope where she takes her car will be honest and trustworthy, I can say 100% this is where you take it. I'm that one that talks to everybody, and every customer waiting with me - both days - were REPEAT CUSTOMERS that had nothing but the highest praise for Ger's. That said it all for me. Need anything done to your vehicle? Take it to Ger's - without a doubt.

I have an older Acura that needed to be inspected, cleaned and repaired to get it ready for my son to drive. I was recommended to Ger's before with no issue. I was recommended by the same person and this time received a completely different experience. I was told that they would run a diagnostic. According to them the diagnostic showed no issues and no codes. They were also to change the oil, remove and replace the brake pads, turn and trust the rotors, bleed and adjust, road test, and change the windshield wipers and check the AC. They supposedly did all of that and could not further check the AC until I had the inside cleaned from mildew damage which I did. My car then sat another three days with no work done. I finally had a tow truck only to learn from the tow truck driver that they had not bled the brakes. There was still air in my brake line. I spoke to the shop about this and said I wanted to be reimbursed for the work they did not do. They told me that they would not do that. They proceeded to say that they wanted to look at it again. I reminded them that the car had been in their possession for 2 1/2 weeks and that when I asked about a status I was told this work had already been done. It was not until I brought to their attention that the work was incomplete and I am taking my car somewhere else did anyone have time to talk to me. I am very disappointed in the treatment that I have received from this shop. They took my money and they did not do what they charged me for. I am even learning now that my car needs a motor mount after this shop told me that there were no issues with my car and I specifically asked if they drove it. I have been lied to and grossly deceived by this shop.

This shop is the best! I've brought my 2008 Jeep Wrangler here for years, they've fixed so much at a great price. I also have a 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan that I continue to bring here. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here!! Everyone is so friendly and they're great at what they do!!

Not sure who the owner is , but the guy in front and seems like he runs the whole shop and every vehicle that comes in , this guy is truly a beast , can’t put into words how hard this guy works and literally does everything, mind you , on a busy Saturday and knows how to take care of customers in a timely manner I’ll always go here now , customer for life

Best place to get your alignment done You know they always do a very good job The steering wheel is straight. The car doesn't pull in a direction. They will tell you if anything's wrong before they try to line it. So you don't waste your money but I paid people before like Jay's alignment $130 for a four-wheel alignment and my steering wheel wouldn't be straight and it'll pull to the right. But these people care they take their time and it's only $25. You can't get any better than that. You know I even left my car and they called me when they were done. It only took about like 2 hours but they do get busy so just be patient

Have been using Gers for alignments on all my vehicles and the job is well done at a great price. Recently had the brakes done on the SUV and again great job and great price compared to the major auto repair stores. It' even lifetime warranty. Like everything right now they are short staffed and you may have a wait.

This is the first time, I've ever been here, came to get an alignment, now my car is pulling to the right, came straight back told them the problem, and they had one car in front of me, and still after almost 1 hour in 1/2 minute later they still have not put me back in the bay to correct the problem. So very disappointed, I don't recommend anyone to come.

They used to be a good shop with good prices a long time ago. They misdiagnose my problems over and over again. When they get busy, you can expect poor service. The shop is dirty, they get in your car with oily hands and shoes. I have to put cardboard on the floor boards before I take it up there. I still had problems with my brakes after they worked on them. When I came back the next day, they just blew me off because they were closing in the next 90 minutes. Told me to come back on Monday. The remedy was quite simple, but they didn't care. Unfortunately, Gers has seen me and my money for the very last time. I'm never going back, and they can't keep good mechanics over there. Save yourself the stress, the time, and the money, and take your business elsewhere. It's just not worth the headache.

A few weeks ago, I brought in my trusty 2006 Nissan Frontier truck because the check engine light came on and it failed the state inspection. I tried many ideas still didn’t work. The culprit? The catalytic converter. So, I paid $650 in labor (plus $300 part i bought online) to get the muffler replaced. Painful, but I figured—fine, let’s get it over with. I drive off thinking I’m all set. A few miles later—ding!—the check engine light is back. But now, not only is the light on again, my brand-new muffler sounds like it’s auditioning for a monster truck rally, and the truck’s shaking like it’s got stage fright. So I crawl under to take a look, and what do I find? A long metal tool—looked like a pry bar—just hanging there, wedged into the muffler like it’s part of the exhaust system. It had been riding along the whole time. I guess that’s what you call “included accessories.” Needless to say, I’m disappointed. The original problem still isn’t fixed, I’m out $650, my truck sounds like a chainsaw, and I still can’t pass inspection. I honestly don’t know how this happened. Either the mechanic was blindfolded… or they thought “catalytic converter” meant “remove whatever you feel like.

Went into good thing front end alignment and I was completely in struct that they use a computerized system to balance all four tires. I’ve never seen that before. Guy didn’t phenomenal job. I’m going to be returning there for lots of other projects that my car needs help with. I highly recommend this auto shop is your hard-working guys honest and the prices are well ridiculously low to be honest they charge a fraction of what on sale namebrand tire dealer or anybody that does lines I couldn’t believe the price they quoted. Anyway I recommended you’ll be you will not be. Sorry you went there. Thanks a lot guys keep up the

I’ve been dealing with this place for over 3 years!! 🚨 They always do alignment on my cars besides their prices being relatively cheap to the market, they take care of your car and even sometimes when your alignment isn’t a 100% they’re willing to redo it for you. I usually U-Turn right back to Eddie (My guy⭐️) and he would redo it without hesitation. I will post few of the cars they’ve done for me. Thank you guys and thank you Eddie. Sorry I’ve never reviewed you guys but I hope this makes up for it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Note ( I’m a small car dealer)
