Did good work on my car. Had issues with getting the part there on time, which was probably more of the people who they get there parts from fault. They shipped them a bad part at first and had to wait for a replacement. Also I didn’t like that they quoted me a price and then turned around and went up on the price without letting me know because a seal needed replacing. I had to look online where they quote the price to see that it went up on me. No kind of notification on the extra part added. But the car runs fine. They probably should replace whoever they get their parts from and work on communication.

Everything is good except the day after picking up my car the check engine light came back on. When starting the car today it's still on. Have not driven my car now for over a week because of this but do have my truck to go to work. I thought the $1400.00 took care of this.

I went in with an issue for my car. I researched the code. Checked a 1000 forms and everyone said the same thing a smiple fix. So I called to schedule the repair . I was told that I would have to get a diagnostic first before the repair was done . At over 100 bucks I thought ok let do it to be safe . 3 hrs later I got a call saying to repair it would be 18k yes 18,000.00! I must say the customer service was great but there was no way I would spend that type of money . It bothered me for days and after more research I order the part 300, bucks installed and the check engine light was gone. I don’t know if the tech knew what he was doing or if I was getting scammed . But I will say do your research because I would have went into debt to replace a whole transmission then have it programmed when all I needed was a 300 dollar part . And no I didn’t even have to clear the code soon as I turned the car on the fault was gone !! Customer service was great but with those prices and miss diagnosis it should be !

I took my vehicle in because my car wouldn’t start and was wanting a diagnostic test and possible repairs. The repair technician Jeremy says my vehicle has no power to even diagnose the issues but pointed out to me the suspension, bodywork and a host of improper repairs made by the body shop of which my vehicle came prior to their location. Advised me that my vehicle needs to go back to the body shop and that individual has to remedy the issues he created. They could’ve charged me a diagnostic fee and shop fees for my vehicle being there the amount of time it was. They didn’t!! One of the most understanding, caring, knowledgeable, morally decent individuals I’ve ever encountered in my life. Even though my vehicle wasn’t fixed there, Mike, Shawn and Jeremy thank you so much for making a tough situation easier to handle with your compassion, empathy just outright being awesome human beings.
