Had my TRD serviced here. I dropped off my car there filled with hail all over. There was allot of big dents that were very noticeable. Ethan helped me out allot and basically did everything for me as well as Jett. They made the car rental processes super easy. When I picked my car back up it looked like it just came out of the factory. They detailed the inside and outside and I’ve never seen it look better. All the hail damage was gone and it looked better then when I even bought the car. 10/10 service I will definitely be back for future service!

I had hail damage to my brand new Pristine Rangeline 2024. All the damage was aesthetic but could have totaled out my van. Thanks to LRM Customs. They did a wonderful job on my Kevlor paint job on my van. If it wasn't for them insurance, probably would've totaled it out. Instead now I have a beautiful van and a beautiful color that will be more durable. Next time, bad weather strikes!!!

Lance and the guys applied the signature protective finish to my Sprinter's hood, lower panels, upper roof and door jams. Extremely happy with the results. I've had the finish on my vehicle for approx 2 years and it still looks like day 1. I even had my Sprinter struck by another vehiicle and LRM was able to repair the area and blend it prefect. I highly recommend LRM!

Lance and the team at LRM Customs went above and beyond in handling the collision repair on my vehicle. Because my car is an older collector Porsche 911, my insurance company was initially unwilling to take full responsibility for the proper factory-standard repairs. After considerable back and forth, the LRM team stepped in and advocated on my behalf. Through their expertise and deep understanding of factory repair standards for this type of vehicle, they were able to secure an additional $8,000 beyond what the insurance company had originally offered. Without their knowledge and persistence, I would have been left in the dark and likely would have accepted a settlement that fell far short of what was required to properly restore the car. I cannot recommend LRM Customs highly enough. Thank you again for your professionalism and dedication.

Recently had my tacoma in the shop getting hail damage repaired from last year.  I had met Stephen randomly at a gas station and he sent me his information and he seemed very trustworthy.  I didnt even have to pay my deductible which was super cool! The entire repair took about 12 days because my insurance took a bit of time to approve the estimate.  I was kept up to date the whole time and my truck looks Fantastic!  Thank you LRM Customs and I will be back to get the lift kit installed in the near future!
