I wouldn’t give Jiffy Lube in Pantego a star if I could get past the site with not having to. Service was horrible. The employees seemed rushed no one seemed like they liked there job. I 1st got there I said tires needed to be checked along with brake fluid as I’m getting error messages. As I was done ready to leave. I asked about my tires the guy that was letting me out said I’m not sure I was in the pit. I said please ask. He asked main employee doing the work are the tires good. Employee responded they have air in them don’t they. My error light still going off for brakes and tires. Come to find out took my truck to a different place. The gentleman checked tire pressure fixed it , reset my error light. Brake fluid’s weren’t even checked it was really low. He filled it for free error messages cleared. Never will I go to a Jiffy lube again. Worst service ever! Tina Ft. Worth Texas

They gave my work vehicle a basic LOF and charged for a fuel treatment but didn't put that in the tank. I know not my money but how many times does that happen? Hopefully Jiffy Lube will see this and address it. Otherwise, the staff are nice and move quickly.

I went this weekend to do an oil change for one of my cars and to do inspection on both of my vehicles. The service here is great and they are quick. I really appreciated Jacqueline, she is a gem at this location and should be recognized for all of her effort. These guys are fast and they are good at what they do. No doubt they are professional. Just make sure you know all info and price before you agree to do an oil change. There’s the price I was given on the phone of $43.99 and then at the time of paying it was $51.99. The simple explanation is because there is an oil disposal fee they didn’t feel the need to mention on the phone. I told him I was not happy and they apologized and gave me a discount. I consider that discount good customer service. I realize all businesses need to make money to survive But I have to protect my wallet too if I want to survive as well. I will consider this place again whenever I have coupons or special offers. Thanks.

My worst experience in a mechanical workshop!!! I don't recommend them to anyone, I had already gone once I filled one of my cars to change the oil and AC filter they couldn't change the AC filter they didn't know how to do it! I decide to give them a second chance I take my BMW and they broke the oil pan!!! They told me that they couldn't do the oil change since they couldn't open the tank cap I brought the car to my house it started to leak oil now I have a car with the oil pan broken and dripping even so they had the nerve to charge me for the AC filter change incredible and very disappointed now I have a broken car thanks to them 🤦🏻‍♂️

My Experience with this location was AMAZING! 😍 10 out of 10 Highly recommend! I came for a state inspection and I didn't have a lot of time before I had to leave and get my son from school. I initially came just to ask questions because I didn't think I had enough time to get the actual service done. However I told them the situation I was in and they quickly and professionally checked my car and my information. Brittany was outstanding and professional not to mention kind and so understanding! In today's world customer service isn't always valued but I could tell they really cared here. I will definitely be back for all of my vehicles needs moving forward. ❤️ Thanks again Brittany ❤️

This is the second jiffy lube I’ve been to that has messed up my skid plate during an oil change. My vehicle is a 2018 Toyota Tundra. I had just recently put all new bolts on the skid plate from my last experience at jiffy lube when one of the “techs” rounded off and stripped them. This time they struggled to get plate off. When the oil change was finally done, I didn’t think I heard them put all 5 new bolts back. I pulled out of the bay and immediately checked…. They had only put 2 bolts back and shoved a random bolt in one of the holes and left the underside of the engine and the sway bar covered in oil. I walked back to the bay and asked the employee what happened to the rest of my hardware. He told me he couldn’t put it back. I told him “so you were just going to let me leave and not tell me my skid plate wasn’t securely bolted to my truck??” I don’t think that for $160 I should have to take my skid plate off at home before I get an oil change done. What is the issue here? Is it a lack of tools training or both?
