Went in this place over 3 weeks ago to get a replacement gas cap for my Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad. I wasn't impressed with the professionalism from the start. Before I even made it inside the place they actually tried to sell me a motorcycle. They got my information and ordered what I can only hope is the correct gas cap for my motorcycle. I pre paid for the gas cap and was told it would be there the following Wednesday. Needless to say nothing was done when I called on Thursday. Giving them an extra day. Then was told they would have it picked up on Friday. Okay, no biggie I can wait one more day. Nope no gas cap on Friday either. They claim that the hadn't had time to get the part. Was reassured that it would definitely be there by Monday. Today is Monday so I called..... Nobody would answer the phone so I precided to keep trying to get some answers. During the last time I called and let it ring no fewer than 15 times, someone appeared to actually pick up the phone. I then said hello a couple of times then whomever it was hung up on me. Not only very unprofessional but simply rude. I'm continuing my search for a respectable place to take my Nomad to have regular maintenance done to it in a professional manner.

My warranty company trailered my bike here to replace a front tire. While sitting in the store waiting, the staff chain smoked the entire time. They cursed at customers after they left, and generally behaved unprofessionally. 3 months later I am having my front tire tube replaced again at a different shop, because the first time it was put in with the stem twisted, causing it to crack after time. Poor staff, poor work. I don't recommend them for anything.

Called around for prices one day they quoted the lowest price. Went in to a man smoking behind the counter and told him I was the guy that called in. Slapped a new rear tire and and was suppose to replace the rear break pads he upsold me on for $50. When he told me the bike was ready he mentioned they didn't have my type of break pads and the tire was $50 more than what he quoted me on the phone.

Just got a new front tire for my Honda CRF230. Got a phone quote for a tire and tube that was very reasonable and they would it on my rim for free. Everything was just as quoted on the phone and they mounted it while I waited. I really appreciated that since I had to drive from Weatherford. I was in and out in a half hour! Best experience I've ever had at a motorcycle shop.

service take entirely to long. was told 2 months to rebuild motor, ended up taking a year, because the lack of communication. if u can't get a part call the customer and tell him instead they let the motor sit and sit until I finally decide to go up n confront them. the mechanic is cool but they're overbooked and apparently has lousy management. I will go back but just to purchase riding gear but nooooooooo mechanical work.

Had a great experience fixing the tires on my electric scooter. William was awesome. Got the best rate out of all the other places I had called.

I just tried to find a tire price. The guy on the phone this past Monday sounded like I was bothering him by offering my business and asking a few questions. What is so hard about giving a solid price quote buddy? You drove me away!!! I don't have to deal with the attitude of some brooding nut job that hates what he does for a living. There are other shops on this side of town you know. This has been my overall experience at TWW. Now, I will say that I think I met an older gentleman that worked there that was insanely nice and patient a few years back when I was searching for new gear. I only saw him the one time though. I have been with friends numerous times, and a few of my buddies swear by this place. But if I want bad customer service in a stinky smoky environment I'll go to the Waffle House.

Fair prices, and honest people. Plus a really hot new mechanic! He hooked me up with some custom LED lights on my Dyna. Seriously the cheapest tire mount I've ever paid for in the 5 years I've owned a bike. They sell bikes too, just got a great deal on a dirtbike I'm going to teach my kids to ride on too. I think they are making lots of changes right now! Go check them out!

This is the 1st time I have used this place. I bought 2 new tires off the internet and took them to Two Wheel World to mount. They did the job quickly, the staff was extremely friendly and the prices were fair. I would not hesitate to take my bike back for any further work it might need in the future. UPDATE.....,.., DON'T use these guys for any motorcycle work. Just saying..

I came in wanting a tire change, Mr.Wise took care of the work within one day and went above and beyond with customer service, he is a very knowledgeable person, and has worked on bikes for what seems like forever, definitely check this guy out.

I have gone there several times in the past few years. The people are always friendly and the service is always been exceptional. A lot of shops won’t do dark side mounting (car tire) but they did. It was on within an hour, 3k latter, no regrets. The only negative thing is, I took my clutch cable there 3X and it kept breaking so I just bought a new one (probably should have done that in the first place anyway).Otherwise, I am very satisfied.

A friend recommended this shop based on past experience, but after I dropped my bike there, I found numerous people saying it has really gone downhill. That matches my experience. The bike sat for over a week without being touched. They only started working on it when I finally called them asking about it. We needed a special-order part which cost $175. No problem, just want the bike completed. They said they needed me to prepay the part. I offered to give them my CC info over the phone. They said no, I had to come in in person to do it. I'm too busy to drive 25 minutes each way from work just to have someone swipe my CC. Overall, my impression is that there are some good people there, but the shop just isn't very well run. I ended up picking up the bike and taking it elsewhere.

This shop is definitely the ol school style. Down to earth owner, with a great sense of humor and a heart the size of Texas. I'm a customer for as long as the doors are open! He's great at wrenching on the bikes and stays busy, but definitely deserves the blessing of prosperity and happiness.

These guys are amazing. Having the conversation we had about my bike and future bikes helped beyond measure. They are very busy, true, but do you really want to take your bike someplace that has nothing going on?

Needed to back tire for my bike and HB and James did it that very day. Went out of their way in the middle of the day to make sure that I was taking care of since my truck was broke My motorcycle was the only ride I had and it needed the tire and the brake light was not working and these guys just made it happen. Cannot think them enough cannot speak any higher and could not recommend anybody anymore than to go to this shop. Will be going back soon for more work. Thank you HB and thank you James.

Called in needing a flat tire repaired the same day it happened. He didn't have my exact tire in stock but he called around to find one for me last minute. He had me in within the hours I needed it done and was very quick. Suggested some local food, supplied some water, and offered me a seat. This was super nice considering the morning I had just had. On top of this, pricing is fair. Would definitely recommend.

If we could give this business negative stars, we would! My husband took his bike in to be diagnosed on Jan 18th, A YEAR AGO!! He said he could fix everything to restore my bike. He said it would take 3-4 months to repair. My husband agreed because it was going to be too cold to ride anyway. For months, my husband checked on his bike to confirm progress. Finally, today, over a year later, my husband told him he was coming to get it and wanted his money back. The “mechanic” said he would have it ready on Wednesday, but my husband told him that he would not wait until Wednesday! He arrived at the shop to discover that several parts had been removed from the bike. He tried to offer my husband $40 as if that would make him whole. My husband’s bike is a disaster! Broken, new headlights, and rust everywhere because he kept it outside in the elements. The shopboy threatened to beat my husband up. He was angry because he had to look for my husband’s parts. We contacted the police and will pursue further action in court. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKES TO THIS SHOP! HE ONLY KNOWS HOW FIX TIRES!

UPDATE: When I went to pick up my bike, nothing had been done. Battery was dead, old fuel not drained. He gave me $40 refund, and said he had at least $60 of work in it. THIS IS ALL MY FAULT THAT HE DID NOT DO WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO IN YHE TIME HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO DO IT IN I dropped my bike off on Dec. 1st. Mr. Wise made it seem like it would only take a few hours to do a safety check and an oil change. He said he was behind. I let him know that’s fine I wasn’t in any hurry. He has now giving me 3 different ETA’s and not 1 time has contacted me to let me know he couldn’t meet his ETA. He said he don’t just want my business for this visit, he want to earn my future business. No communication after missing deadlines that he said. Is just not good business practices. 2 mechanics maybe 3 stands 35 bikes in waiting when they can only work maybe 4 bikes

HB (the owner) is very knowledgeable and comfortable working on older carb bikes like my custom cafe racer: 1976 Honda CB750. He installed signal/brake lights on the bike, including the relays and switches. He took longer than expected but the wait was well worth it!
