I've had repairs and other services here, and am impressed by the quality of work and honesty. I trust these guys with my vehicle! *January 2023 addendum Thought i was going to have to take my vehicle to the graveyard and get another. Got a leak having to do with the heater fixed, a new battery, and one other repair, and good to go! Appreciated the fact that they test drove it twice to make sure everything was good to go. This week continue to be where my vehicle is serviced.

Great service and fair prices. Tom and Joe were very honest and up-front about everything with me. They didn't make up any problems and didn't even charge extra for the extra work of getting though my rusty parts. I've gone here twice for repairs now, the second time for an overheating engine. The guys got it fixed and back to me next day. I can't recommend them enough for their quality of work and professionalism. As a side note, they have great oil change prices!

I had noisy issues with my 2005 Chevy Tahoe. Went in and talked to Tom and we talked about it. Brought the Tahoe back in the same day, and the next day it was fixed as well as a review on other items that needed to be addressed in the near future, but absolutely no pressure. The cost was no cheap but fair and actually came home a bit cheaper than originally quoted. In the future any any maintenance that I can't handle myself will be done by TCM.

My 2020 Subaru Outback was in need of the 66K mile maintenance according to the dealer schedule. The Subaru dealership was quoting me a base of $1,600.00 for this service. I gave TCM a call, the price was much more in line with the work that needed to be done. The service and speed that TCM Auto used was far and away above my expectations. Shortly after dropping off my car, I received a call that I needed new brakes and rotors. They added that to the maitenance list and I still left paying less than what the dealership quoted me. TCM Auto will be my #1 go to moving forward for all of my car maintenance needs.

This was my second time bringing the van to TCM. They said it was my egr valve, which they replaced less than a year and a half ago. I also had them replace the brake pads and replace bushings in the steering column. They changed me twice the labor hrs on the valve and column and over double for the supposed parts , which Tom would not tell me where he got the parts from. $1444.00 dollars later my van was still doing the same issue and the brakes sounded horrible. I brought it back and they wanted to charge me an additional 618.00 to change the spark plugs. Owner sent one message. THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF. BEWARE

Tom and his crew were helpful and friendly. They completed the job and the car is running good right now. Backstory, my car was stolen and found the next day tore up. The thief broke the back window, popped the ignition, broke the steering column, damaged both the windshield wiper and turn signal sticks, and messed up the electrical on a 10 year old Kia Soul. Tom and his crew were empathetic and made sure the job was done correctly. I appreciate them and will keep them in mind if ever needed for any future repairs. Thank you and keep up the good work.

TCM did great work on our car. We brought it in because the AC had stopped working and we had been hearing a knocking noise. Within 3 day he had mended the AC and fixed the bearing hubs so they wouldn't knock anymore. Quick, clean, and efficient. We've used them before and we will use them again.

To call Tom and Joey godsends would be an understatement. Been going to them since 2015 and I’ve taken every car I’ve owned since then to TCM. I grew up in Arlington but left in 2020. I live an hour away but I refuse to go anywhere else. I’ll drive the hour or if I can’t I’ll have a tow take it to TCM. They are very trustworthy and honorable people.
