Knowledgeable, detailed, and goes above and beyond to take care of your Acura. I came to them to diagnose a weird sound after uhaul Arlington attempted to install a brake controller. They saw and took pictures of how terrible and dangerous the wiring was done, spent a ton of hours even on their off day, to redo it all. They rip it all out and redo wiring so we'll that it looks like it came from the factory. Their pricing can't be beat, very personable, and even reached out to follow up to make sure things are going well. Y'all won over a customer for life.

I have no idea why I have not wrote a review before! I'm just like Sofia... I have been a customer for over 20 years. Absolutely feel blessed knowing James and his family. Such a wonderful mechanic and always has taken great care of my cars!! Even if the Acura dealerships completely screw up my car, James instantly fixes it!!!! I called Pat Murphy’s in a pinch, having been towed to Vandergriff Honda this past weekend. Pat was booked a few weeks out, but he recommended his friend, James, at Accurate Car Care. James literally saved us thousands of dollars in unnecessary “recommendation” repairs. Not only that, but he also offered to clean an extensive amount of oil off the frame of my vehicle, which had leaked oil from Mansfield to Dallas after an oil filter failed. Vandergriff Honda had our vehicle for two business days and no one offered to clean the frame. I appreciated James’s honesty, thoroughness, and willingness to help. We dropped off our vehicle yesterday afternoon and received it back, up to speed, today. Thank you, Accurate Car Care!

If you own a Honda of any make, model, or year, you don't want to miss this fairly hidden repair shop. We've brought 10+ Hondas to James over the last 20+ years and we couldn't be happier with each repair. Quick and efficient and much less expensive than the box stops. Cars come out clean and repairs are perfect every time. He's pretty much a 1 man show these days, so it may take longer than a big box store, but his attention to detail and never trying to sell you extras you don't want or need makes it all good! He can work on other makes and models, but is definitely an expert in all things Honda.

James is the "old school" mechanic that repairs your car as if it were his own. He is honest (almost to a fault) and has resolved issues I thought were unrepairable. I inherited a 2002 Lexus 430 with low miles and runs great. The A/C went out and by the time James received it, the compressor had seized and metal filings throughout the system. He discussed available options, followed by what he would suggest. More importantly, why he is suggesting! It worked without replacing the evaporator saving $800. He has worked on my past Acura's and Toyotas for over 15 years. I only call James and ask if he can repair the problem on whatever car I have and get an honest answer. If he can't, he suggests alternatives that have been just as high in quality. He's worth the wait if he's busy.

I visited an automotive store to check my son's battery and alternator. They determined the alternator wasn't charging the battery properly. They recommended Accurate Car Care on Arkansas. I called and spoke with James Riddle, the owner, who asked us to bring in my son's 2019 Honda Civic EX. Upon arrival, James promptly tested the battery with a voltage meter and confirmed it was charging correctly. He then tested the battery itself and found it to be in good condition. Discovering a slightly loose cable connection, he tightened it. When I offered payment, he kindly refused. James' exceptional service, recommendation, and extensive experience convinced me to choose him for future car repairs. That's what true customer service looks like! I'll be bringing both my Hyundai and my son's Honda to him from now on. James was not only pleasant to deal with but also incredibly friendly!

Accurate Car Care is run by a father & son who have been in the business at LEAST 34 years and it definitely shows! They are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The owner, James, was able to text with me throughout the entire process of our business together. They fixed the car with impressive speed and got rid of our issue. I can't say enough about my experience with these expert mechanics. I own a 1995 Acura Legend and they knew the exact issue and how to repair it. I had been to several mechanics prior to them and none could repair my long term problem with my speedometer and transmission shifting delays. I was even told by a transmission shop that I needed to get a new transmission. Turns out I needed a VSS Sensor which they replaced in a couple hours and my car is running like it did before the problem started. These are my new go to guys, plus they are friendly and give great customer service. The owner was one of the first Acura technicians so that tells you everything you need to know.

Do not hesitate to bring your car here, you will not be disappointed. I have dropped my car off after hours and placed my keys in an envelope in the drop box with no issues, it is very convenient.
