Chuck absolutely blew my mind with the work he did on my white Lexus RX. I had a minor fender bender in my rear bumper that made noticeable damage including dents, paint chips, and various scuffs. We was able to completely repair it as if I was brand new without even replacing the bumper! Even with a magnifying glass, you would never be able to tell it was ever damaged. His experience and skill set with repairing cosmetic damage on vehicles is second to none. I would not recommend anyone else. His prices were extremely fair and he is so knowledgeable with this stuff. Do not go anywhere else! Chuck is your guy!

Update: Premier lived up to its name when we encountered a couple subsequent issues on the front end radar sensor and the XM radio. Chuck has us bring back the car, and found an intermittent issue with the sensor and brought in a programming specialist to fix the issue, and he worked with the insurance adjuster to cover that. He also replaced the car battery when the constant low battery error hindered programming. He also did the research and found & replaced the rear XM radio antenna, then confirmed it was connecting again. Persistence & dedication to customer satisfaction after delivery! Well done! Original review: Chuck Johnson and his team did an excellent job of making our 2015 Honda Accord Touring look like new. Premier repaired some front-end damage caused by large truck tire tread being propelled onto the front and under the car while driving on the Interstate and worked with our Allstate Insurance adjuster to make it simple so we just covered our deductible and paid for the extras as estimated. Chuck also worked with us to repair a significant ding in the rear as well as the top where the pearl white paint had begun to chip at the edge and a couple places where the plastic parts color had aged, which we authorized to repair. During the repair, paint and detailing process, Chuck observed the peeling backlight tinting, worn windshield wiper blades and aging headlights. I agreed it was good timing to get those fixed and appreciate the extra attention. Kudos on the wheel and trim cleaning and polishing also. Congrats to the Premier Collision Repair group on their new, larger facility a few blocks away where they begin working in Jan 2025!

Though I rarely write reviews, I wanted to share my positive experience that I recently had with Chuck Johnson, owner of Premier Collision. I brought my 2008 Corvette(which is like my third child) to him as my neighbor had accidentally backed into my car and put two large cracks into my rear bumper. Though I was really nervous about having my car fixed properly, I brought my car over to his shop for him to inspect it and he assured me that he could make it look like it never happened. He took some photos and told me to contact him when I get the green light from the insurance company. A few days later I dropped the car off and my bumper(which is literally the entire rear end of my car), was already delivered from a local Chevy dealer. Chuck was even kind enough to drop me off at the rental shop down the road. He stayed in close contact with me throughout the entire process and went up and beyond getting everything approved with the insurance adjustor. His shop flawlessly painted the new bumper and repainted all the necessary sections of the vehicle including an aftermarket rear spoiler and custom license plate frame. He replaced all the badges, custom Corvette lettering and even my rear tail light bulbs that were about ready to fail. I can't express enough thanks to Chuck and his shop for his kindness, patience and professionalism throughout this process. Although, this car is not my daily driver, this car is very special to me. Chuck came through and exceeded my expectations in every way. I would not hesitate to send my friends or family his way; and for people who know me, that speaks volumes about Chuck and his business.

Chuck is the owner of the business and was personally involved in the repair of my car. Had a deep scratch and dent in the front fender and bumper. The bumper had to be removed to repair the scratch in it. My main concerns were the fit and finish matching the original paint. Chuck did a fantastic job on both those. Cannot tell there was ever anything repainted. Chuck did the work for what I believe was a very fair price. I would recommend this business for collision repairs.
