10-2025 In this round for a nail / air leak in tire. Pros: Scheduled an appointment the day prior. In / out within 40 minutes if its not busy. Free tire rotation if you bought your tires here and free flat fix also Cons: Upsell push to me and most customers everytime I'm here I listen to all conversations from staff to customers(replace tires/lug nuts etc). Slow internet connection, Dial up Speed (see picts) Did some googl'ing and I'm not alone with the upsell request on every visit. I'd be fearful of sending my elderly mother alone to a location for fear of being upsold uneeded goods. ***I HOPE corporate is reading this, please change your business model its untrustworthy and unnecessary*** "Customer perceptions of aggressive upselling at America's Tire stem from a business model designed to maximize sales, although many customers also report positive, pressure-free experiences. " 1-2020 Bro, I mean how does a company consistently increase the value and service quality? Cause 10 years running and this place just gets better. The staff is really on point now and personalize your visit. Purchased a set of 4 tires on Black Friday and had them installed a couple weeks later. Wait times were long that day so I opted for a later install, i'll keep coming back and get those tire rotations and flat fixes when needed.

Service Coordinators or Customer Service Representatives are actually decent and very friendly, I have an issue with the technician who worked on my tires. That day, I just bought new wheels straight out the box and asked them to put my recently purchased K02 BF Goodrich A/T Tires on the new wheels, including balancing. I understand that BF Goodrich A/T Tires are known to be difficult to balance, however, after several attempts of me coming back from test driving, they started to claim that my drivetrain is bad or that my steering wheel needs to be serviced. The technician who came out glaring at me to "greet" me had a bad attitude, I politely asked why was not I able to get a partial refund for wasting hours of my time and getting talked down on as if I don't know my car... I later brought my car to Allen Tire Company in Torrance and kid you not, they were able to balance all wheels right away and my car drove smooth like butter. America Tires needs to train their technicians better. This was a bad experience.

This is my go-to store for tires. I recommend you put all of your tires on their certifications if anything is wrong. If there's a defect or the tread wears early they will refund you the difference or the full amount of the tire price. I'll be back 👍🏽

We got a flat yesterday and needed a new tire. Called AT Torrance to see if there was any chance of an appt on Saturday (today). Surprisingly, they told us to just come on in that morning, they were wide open. Arrived at opening and it was already packed with people that had appointments. This was concerning, but we were told they could fit us in and have it done in two hours. Paid and went for breakfast. Came back 2.5 hours later and they still hadn’t even moved the car. When we asked, we were told it would be another hour or so. We had another appointment and couldn’t waste any more time so asked for our money back so we could leave. Fortunately, Austin said they could bump us up, and were done in 20 minutes. We understand this wasn’t Austin’s fault, he was absolutely professional and kind. We would, however, strongly suggest AT have a stern discussion with whoever was manning the phones last night. We could have kept our appointment with another location on Monday and avoided all the frustration.

Had an appointment for 11:15 AM for a simple tire rotation and waited for 40 minutes and still didn’t get serviced. Had to leave because the store doesn’t value your time. I don’t know at what point in history did Americas tire forget the meaning of an appointment! Would suggest people to visit the other branch

Glad I claimed my Continental tire warranty here. The team was very helpful, and they were able to correct my bent rim. Very grateful for that. They offered to replace my dying TPMS sensors, but I declined. Once dropped off, you can follow your progress and the estimated finish time. Very nice! They have a small parking lot, and some free street parking nearby. I would recommend making an appointment

A+ service here. I needed an emergency replacement for two tires several years ago and they had me in and out very quickly at a great price, but I didn't leave a review at the time. I'm leaving one now because I walked in today to ask if they do alignments, and while they don't, the gentleman at the counter still took the time to tell me about 5 places that do (their 3 closest locations which do offer the service, and 2 local businesses with good reputations) and even provided flyers for each. They definitely went above and beyond what was necessary today, and for that I'll be back whenever I actually do need tires.

Don’t get a chance to receive their services but based on their professionalism and courtesy, I give them 3, 4 stars… Called them in the morning and was told there was no wait, no appt needed. Went there with one person waiting in front of me. It turns out their computer system was down, so I ended up waiting for 30+ minutes to speak to someone. After they checked out my tires, they gave me their input. But they couldn’t do anything at that moment since their system remained down. Their workers were nice, apologizing for the wait and inconvenience, but ultimately I had to take my car someplace else. I appreciate their manners and attitude! For that I’d go back.. not so much for the wait.

The Baseline: For automotive service centers the service on the vehicle must solve the issue, have value for the service, and be professional in dealing with my vehicle. Service: This is the place for tires and they do tires well. We replaced two of our Tesla’s tires back in January and came in to get help with a bolt that got into our tire. They had us in/out within a couple of hours as a walk-in to do the patch on the tire. Great service! Quality: For our Tesla we are getting the manufacturer recommended tires and Tesla needs to have a higher PSI in tires due to the battery weight. Never skimp on tires for your Tesla and America’s Tire products are quality. Value: Very resealable on the price and considering Tires are your only real maintenance for a Tesla is is very reasonable. For my other vehicle I am stopping going to Costco and will be coming to America’s Tire instead.

I needed to change my tire which is a harder to find model asap. Called them in the morning they ordered to shop same day and I went in same afternoon and got it done. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Especially Abel helped me a lot. The wait time was reasonable and they had enough lounge area if you’d like to stay there in the meantime. I was extremely happy with my service and I will definitely go back although it was an hour drive for me in traffic.
