Tried scheduling a simple oil change and was told to reschedule 3 times because they dont have a properly functioning appointment system. Lady I spoke to did not seem to care or accomodate. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a 12 noon appointment for two tires which I had already chosen online. I arrive and drop off my car and four hours later they still not worked on it. And had no idea when they would get to it. This customer service sucks.

This place is a joke. I had an appointment, but when I showed up, the lady /has short hair/ at the front desk basically said they didn’t care about that. She told me they wouldn’t start my oil change for another 2 hours because they were ‘busy’ but there wasn’t even a mechanic working at the time. Totally unprofessional and a huge waste of time. Keep away from this place!

Called ahead at 1pm to make an appointment. Thought I was lucky to have got it same day for 3pm. Its been 1 hour and 15 minutes of them just holding onto my keys. Seems ridiculous that I'm here for the managers special( oil change, tire rotation and 2 wipers-$150 coupon on their website) for an appointment they set for me and my car hasn't left the parking lot. Why not just set it for another day? Christina mentioned they're behind when I had already arrived. I regret coming if theyre going to over book amd have customers sitting and waiting in a dirty uncomfortable waiting area. When it was done it was 2 hours and 25 mins later.. Make sure to use a coupon or it will be $55 over..

These folks took 6 hours of my day and repaired my car improperly. It was so bad that my brakes were literally still making grinding noises the next day after their repairs. I brought my car back again for them to fix what they never fixed properly and had to wait hours and they still haven't completed the simple brake job. These guys are standing around chatting instead of repairing my vehicle. This is terrible.

Excellent service.Cost was too high for a tire however I received the tire I requested. I was told that I'd driven on a flat and disrupted the inner walls. I drove a block. Seems odd that the tire walls were ruined so quickly. I was pleased by the efficiency of the service.

Very disappointed with the wait time and online appointment failure. After initially booking an appointment online for a Friday afternoon, and was given a spot, I came to my assigned appointment time only to be told at the shop that the website was not accurate and the wait is over 2 hours for a walk in (they did not find my appointment ). Still having faith, I rescheduled for Sunday morning but was informed to check back Saturday afternoon for an opening. I happen to call and was told to come in as there is no wait ..going on two hours now to wait for my car to be serviced and they still have not worked on my car. I could have gone else where but I figured since I came here last year that I opt to come back. Unfortunately I will not be retuning ever and would rather find a friendlier place that actually honors my time and have there system in check. No, I would not recommend this place.

I always prefer the company I work for because it is contractual. But for some reason, this branch is always busy. Despite the insufficient number of employees or inadequate workplaces, he accepts too many appointments. I've done a simple oil change many times and it's usually ready for 20 30 minutes. I came here twice, I waited for my first experience and received it in 2 hours. In my second experience, I had to come back, but they told me that it could take more than 1.5 hours. It doesn't matter if you make an appointment. If you are going to make an appointment here, think not one but five times. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

My battery died on a Sunday. The manager let me use her portable battery charger at no cost so that I could jump my car and drive in. Their mechanic correctly diagnosed the problem. I highly recommend them!

I usually do not write reviews, but I was prompted to this time. This Pep Boys is a horrible shop. I had a 11am appt that I made the day before. Waited 3 hours for a simple oil change when the lady, Brianna, said it would take about an hour. No apology. Nothing. They charged me $10 for a tire rotation that they never did. I was handed back the keys without a word about how bad my tires were. When I asked about my tire rotation, that is when Abraham told me that he could not do it bc of the condition of my tires, yet the front desk charged me for it! I had to ask for a refund. Dishonest and just plain horrible experience. Save yourself the aggravation and do NOT go here.

I had my brakes replaced, but then I felt a mild resistance with the steering wheel that comes and goes. I told them about it, and Nancy assisted me with everything. The technician, Miguel, took a look and tightened something that was loose (I had no idea what it was tbh), and it stopped! They are absolutely amazing! This location is a little further away from where I live, but the extra 20 mins of travel to this specific location is worth it with their service.

Jan 20 Thank you for responding however I believe you have all pertinent info to solve this problem. Post your lunch hours "closed from 1pm -230pm All Staff Lunch"; don't make reservations for 1pm to then waste anyone's time, also makes Brianna/redheads job easier since they don't have to 'lose' appt info and keeps customers from getting frustrated with 'slow/bad' service; maybe state that oil changes are drop off only 3 hour turn around ... --------------- Believe all the 1 star reviews. Do not bother coming here. Did I make an appointment? Yes, in person two days before @ 1pm Sun. Did they have my appointment recorded? No (I had my text welcome link from Pep boys) Was Brianna rude or lacking customer service skills? Yes, and so was the older red-headed lady. Was I told the techs would be rotating during the lunch hours so it might take longer? Yes, but let me translate this for you hopeful customers ... this means ALL the techs are at lunch for 1.5 hours and you will not be getting your oil changed. After waiting for 1 hour, noticing that no one was working (a tech & Brianna just talking ---maybe their scheduled lunch?) I started reading posted reviews for the past 5 months, saw the pattern of crappy service and decided to do myself a favor and end the misery. I got my keys back from Brianna, when she told me "the techs will be back in a half hour!"--- Yea, no thanks. I ripped up my paperwork (That made me VULGAR according to Brianna) and left. Hope this helps!

I went in for window repair which required motor and regulator replacement. While there i was given other auto inspection needs found. The findings matched what i already knew. So i was thankful i was not scammed or price gauged in anyway. I appreciate Juan’s fair treatment and honest advice for repair parts and labor.
