Been going to Allen Tire for years. My last visit was excellent as usual. I got a nail in my tire on my way to work. I went straight to Allen Tire. I was literally in and out with a new tire in less than 20 minutes. And since I had the road hazard warranty, the cost was minimal. Friends swear by the big box stores such as Costco but I love my local Allen Tire store. Everyone there is friendly and respectful as well.

Allen tires is awesome! I actually had the same experience as someone who left a negative review. I got a screw in my tire. Called AAA who came and pumped up my tire -sealed. I found Allen tires as my closest option I spoke with Adrian on the phone they patched it for 40 bucks. How awesome is that? They even put some oil in for me. This is where I’m going when I need my next set of tires ! I’m unsure of what the other person is upset about because it was better than buying a new tire! Plus, one of their longtime customers couldn’t stop boasting about them and said “this is the only place we go for years” Nothing shady here all integrity!

We take our cars as well as my diesel truck to this location in Torrance (Hawthorne Blvd) for nearly everything. Tires/oil change/battery and alternator service. The service is amazing, some of the nicest people in the city and they are extremely helpful. Many times they will help diagnose an issue but they have not charged us as they weren’t able perform the type of repair needed. Fabulous location, would absolutely recommend!!

I heard a clanking sound in my left front tire area. I stopped in to Allen tire Co. for some help. Was politely greeted by Jose who had my car promptly taken to the garage. They noticed a bolt that was loose on my suspension and immediately tightened it which fixed my problem. I highly recommend my friends and family to Allen Tire Company.

i went in for a tire patch three years ago in 2023. the tire technician accidentally snapped off my tire pressure sensor and surprisingly admitted it (good business ethics). the shop didn’t have any new sensors at the time, so he wrote on my receipt “owed a sensor.” due to my graveyard working schedule, i sleep during the day and wasn’t able to visit the shop for three years. so i finally went in today at 5pm (woke up earlier than usual) with the original receipt and they were 50% willing to help and 50% suspicious of my claim. after taking the tire off, the manager said it looked like it broke off one week ago, implying that i was lying to get a free sensor (bad business ethics). to make things worse, a second technician who was observing said it was suspicious that my tire didn’t have a patch from three years ago. so i had to further explain that i had all four tires replaced at costco about two years ago. later, i took a closer look at the wheel and could see transparent glue residue splattered near the sensor. so i showed the technician the old glue residue to prove my case and he put on a new sensor free of charge. just want to mention here that i think it’s kinda funny how the manager thinks he’s an expert in broken tire sensors. mine was literally broken for three years with the yellow warning light turned on. i appreciate the free sensor (which was owed to me), but maybe try being more customer service friendly next time. just apologize and fix the problem. simple business.

I walked in for an emergency tire change and asked to replace just one tire. The person at the front desk was very nice, and I was satisfied with how quickly the job was done—it was totally different than PB. However, after I came home and checked the invoice, I noticed a charge for wheel alignment. The mechanic changed my tire outside the garage, and I watched the work being done. I did not see any alignment performed, so I believe this charge is unnecessary!! So female customer, be careful!

Fast professional service, I dropped off my vehicle walked across the street to grab a burger at in n out! Relaxed and took my time enjoying my meal. I'm guessing 30-40 minutes later I walked back to the tire shop expecting to have a wait and to my delight in surprise my vehicle was parked in the lot completed and waiting on me. This is my normal tire shop and they always come through for me.

Jose met the process of the other tire shop I went to, and he didn’t try to sell me cheaper tires. I got exactly what I wanted. They were fast and efficient. Jose was very accommodating. And when they couldn’t get the sensors on my truck to reset. He ultimately didn’t charge me for the sensors. The problem is with my truck and not the parts used. Thank you Jose and thank you Allen tires for the great tire buying experience.
