I am so impressed by America's tires. They are courteous and friendly. They asked what you needed and delivered 100%. They even have an app so you can see how your vehicle is progressing through their shop. They really take care of you as a customer and your vehicle. I was never as happy with LS, and I am so glad I drove into America's Tires.

I purchased tires this week on a walk-in basis after doing extensive research online. The staff is friendly, helpful and I am very pleased with my new tires and they were on my car and I was driving home in about an hour. THANK YOU! I wish all businesses had this level of service!

Ok, I have to say that the guys at this particular America's Tire are friggin awesome!! They went above and beyond, far more than they needed to, to get me straightened out. Extremely professional, and the manager, Ren, has been truly outstanding. I had some vibration issues, and they helped me get to the bottom of it, and did so patiently and professionally. My GX470 is riding like a dream again. It was a frustrating process for me, but not because of America's Tire. They were great about everything. Everyone there was super understanding and helpful. To say I'm thrilled with their customer service would be an understatement. Couple of things: The Pathfinder AT tires are basically Hankook Dynapro ATM's, and having owned over 5 sets of the Dynapro ATM's, they are just as good as the Hankooks. They were NOT a compromise at all. They are NOT a "cheap tire" despite the reasonable price. I legitimately consider them better than Michelin's. I know that's a big statement, but I stand by it all day long. One thing about these Pathfinder tires and the Hankooks is that the road manners are phenomenal for an AT tire. They have a shoulder ply, and while that may seem like marketing, having tried other tires, you can DEFINITELY tell the difference when it comes to cornering, and handling overall. That's why I kept going with the Hankook tires over and over. I tried other tires, and they just felt super sketchy in corners. They all had a "squirm" to them, by comparison. The Hankooks, and these Pathfinder AT's, feel super planted, comfortable, and quiet. The reason why I went with the Pathfinder AT, instead of my beloved Hankooks, is because they had a passenger rated tire in a 285/70/17, which as far as I can tell, is the tallest Passenger rated All Terrain you can get that I would consider decent. Hankook doesn't have that at this time. Why does that matter? Weight and pliability. I went up two sizes on my Lexus GX470, and with the weight of only 43 lb per tire, rather than 60 lb per tire (LT rated), the ride quality is outstanding, and I didn't take a hit to my fuel efficiency at all. It didn't get great mileage to begin with, but I'm still getting an average of 16 miles per gallon. For having basically a 33 inch tire, that's truly outstanding. I really didn't expect that to be the case, but I couldn't be happier! If you go off road at all, when you air down, a passenger rated tire will conform to the terrain easier than an LT will. This equates to more traction. And I don't think there's much difference in sidewall strength between Passenger and LT. My GX weighs about 5,000 lb, and really the only time you need an LT is for a 3/4 ton or heavier. If I would have put on LT's, it would have killed the ride quality, both because of more rotational mass (weight), and a stiffer tire in general. The best way I can describe it is the difference between running with purpose made running shoes, versus trying to run with mud caked boots. Heavier, stiffer tires really make your vehicle sluggish, and kills your fuel economy. I had passenger rated Hankooks on my Titan, and had no issues whatsoever when it came to towing or hauling. So I'm definitely happy with my new tires, and beyond happy with the service.

Discovered a screw in my tire after my new car was delivered a day earlier. TPMS alerted low pressure. Took my car to one of the membership warehouse tire center to get the puncture repair. After waiting an hour, I was told the screw was removed but it didn't penetrate enough to cause any leak. Told they sprayed soapy water and no bubbles. Went home and washed my car later that day. Bubbles and squealing noise from the puncture site. See video. Took my car to America's Tire the next day and they repaired the puncture with no charge. Exceptional customer service. I will certainly be returning in the future for my tire needs. Thanks everyone.

This was my first time dealing with this company, and i can honestly say after my experience I'll never go anywhere else. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I got a great price on some excellent tires, and they also informed me that my OEM lug nuts were not ideal for my aftermarket rims. They said they had a spare set of spline type lug nuts, and ask if I'd like them put on. I ask how much, and he said free of charge. He said they were just laying around, and he didn't want me driving off in less than ideal shape. Needless to say i was blown away by this. How often do you get that kind of consideration, and concern? A rarity for sure. If you need tires go here, and you'll be taken very good care of. Excellent!

James was very welcoming and friendly. He was very helpful in picking out what rims and tires would be best for me. Damien was very attentive and communicated very well. He made sure to update me as much as possible. My service was done within an hour which to me is not long at all for the services I had done. And despite how busy they were. I suggest making an appointment online in advance.

The best customer service ONLY if you are there for new tires. Don't expect the same if you have to go back for any issues, you will be in for rude awakening. Got all 4 new tires for my car and on top of that bought that recommended Extra warranty for all the 4 tires. I started getting TPMS sign after the installation. Called them and asked them if i need an appointment but I was told to just bring it in. The person who came to help checked all the sensors and found one or two faulty. As we walked to the counter and gave me a price to replace all the Sensors, he mentioned that we normally recommend customer replace all the sensors, which no body did when I got the new tires. So I agreed to pay for the new sensors. I was told it's gonna be quick but as I was waiting I looked at the receipt and I was charged extra $80 for labor. I asked to see the manager who insisted we are taking all the tires off so we have to charge the labor, which I disagreed for the reason that had you recommended at the time when I was getting new tires and had recommended getting new sensors I would have got them at that time and it would have saved me all that time as well. You could tell he wasn't that happy but he did credit back the $80 in labor. But than I had to wait for almost 4 hours as they took in most customers who came after me. And finally they took car in and broke a wheel cover and tried to say it was already broken , which wasn't the case. They did agree to order the new one but it has been almost 2 month now but no response. The best customer is to retain your old and existing customers rather than ignoring them...

Very pleased. The same can be said for Ren and James both. Spoke to me with respect answered all my questions. Gave me details on my payment options. Most of all they respected my car the way I do. Start to finish was a good experience. Didn't push hard for add on warranty, I know they have to ask but didn't annoy me when I declined. The only thing I would suggest is to have some disposable cups for the customers waiting. They have a drinking fountain available but cups would be nice to have available. Can't please everybody all the time but I was with my experience.

They are the greatest here. They just got me out of a jam a week ago. They always hook me up and give me discounts so i'm not paying excessive prices for any service or items. They just got me great prices on a new set of wheels and tires after I hit a pothole and damaged the whole wheel and tire. They are always really good about safety and keeping your car safe. They always fit me in real fast to fix the tire for me if I need it. Everyone who works there is super friendly.

Post sales care is the reason for the low rating. Buying tires here is easy and quick. It is the post sales care that is lacking. 3 attempts to have the air checked in on tires b1st attempt waited 20 mins with no service, ignored by employees. 2nd attempt 15 min wait with same results as 1st attempt. 3rd attempt was 10 mins. Manager saw us as tires were being delivered and he had the driver place the pallet in the bay near the tire station. Heard someone say there was a vehicle waiting in the air station but was still ignored. Recommend store to not place the air check station out of they continue to ignore vehicles in it. Very disappointed with the poor after sales care at the establishment.

I had 'waranteed' tires from another company that continued to give me issues, finally one shredded! I went to America's Tire as it is closest to where this happened, and they were lovely. Very efficient and the tires seem fine and were much cheaper and less bs than the other spot gave me.

I came in for a 9am apt for a tire repair at the Yuba City location on 1/21/26. Josh and the team went above and beyond to help me. Their main priority was that I was in a safe, road worthy vehicle. Care factor of 1000%. I sat in the lobby wondering how I got so lucky and saw that it wasn't luck at all. Everyone that walked in was getting the same generous, thoughtful, customer service. I will continue to reccomend everyone I know to Yuba City Americas Tires. Thank you 🫶

My husband and I take our car there to get the air in the tires checked and filled. Its a free service. We are always greated with a smile and the gentlemen are always very nice and helpful. 01/02/2026 Reply to American Tires reply: Great service and staff deserve a great rating. Too many people are quick to give a bad rating. Especially if they're having a bad day. I prefer to chalk up a bad experience to just that, a bad day. This world has so much negative energy floating around as it is. The last thing I want to do is add to it. Good people doing good work is worth praise. Especially with all the people I've encountered in various customer service jobs that will stand there talking and playing on their phones while I'm waiting to check out or need assistance. Every interaction I've had at American Tires in Yuba City, and I've had several, have been positive. It would be terrible to ignore such wonderful people that seem to take great pride in the jobs they perform.
