Wife bought some goodyear tires there. Was waiting when they opened, per clerks advice, the day before to get in out and fast. Over 2 hours later they hadn't started on her car even though they had pulled her car into a stall. She leaves on foot again to go eat some food at a restauraunt in the shopping center to come back and find they still hadn't started on it. My 2 year old was now going crazy insane. Wife tried to just leave to find they had pulled off 1 tire. 4 hours from start to finish, her tires were on and she left. 2 weeks later she got a nail in her tire. Called to take it in and get it fixed because she had bought the free flat repair package, and was told to leave the car and they would get to it. No thank you. I will pay to get it fixed somewhere else to not have to wait.

The oil change went ok, but the technician was rather strange and rather offensive. After the oil change was complete and he parked our truck, my daughter and I started to get in with our Wal-Mart bags in hand, while my wife went inside to pay. As soon as I opened the door, the technician stood there staring at me then asks, "Do you have a question?", so I reply "are you all done?" He says "yes", but continues to stare at me very strangely. Then he asks, "is someone going to pay for this?", as if I intended to leave without paying, and without my keys that were still in his hand. Now if I was coming into the driver side I could look at it as a misunderstanding, but how am I going to leave without my keys that he's holding while talking to me? I was highly offended by his insinuation that I was going to steal $60 oil change when he has my keys, my license plate number, name, and phone number. Someone needs a little more customer service training 😳

They offer the best prices, however their service lacks somewhat. There is usually a long wait to get your car ready, also they sometimes never answer the phone. Other than that it’s still a good place to get your car serviced.

I come here for oil changes because I like the good price but there's always a long line & a three hour wait, no matter what day of the week or time of day , always too busy & under staffed . Guess I will have to get there at 6am ,when they open , if I want my oil changed from Walmart to avoid the long wait. I don't see that happening 😕. Maybe I will try Marysville 🤔.

Absolutely the worst Auto service I have had in years. I have been here numerous time before, but due to the lack of service and inept time that it took for being next in line and seeing 4 to 5 guys wondering around and getting cars out that arrived after me. The experience was a total negative. If possible it would be a negative 8. No stars at all, but had to give it one to be able to post, so the star means nothing.

it's kind of hit-or-miss, one time after an oil change they put things back together and somehow my dipstick to check the oil was stuck, wedged against a part of the engine. recommend going earlier in the morning, I think they get tired and the quality is not as good in the afternoon.

Never again. Took almost two hours for an oil change. Customers who had been there for two and a half just for a tire roatation. An employee had to call a manager because people were becoming very angry. The manager did not handle the situation very well. Overheard him become snide with one of the customers. I will never come back here for any type of work on my vehicle.

Went for an oil change. They said it would take around 2 hours. They got right on it and done in half an hour. My car is running better. And it was very affordable.

Waste of time. I called ahead to see if they were available, the guy on the phone was snarky but told me they weren't busy and could work on my car. I get there about 4 mins later (I work down the street) and they tell me it'll be a 2 hour wait for an oil change then another 1.5 hour for a battery check. So they lied to me on the phone because I doubt 3.5 hours of work just appeared in 4 mins.

Probably the worst service ever. I had an appointment at 10am for a tire rotation and I was first in line and yet my car didn’t get checked for hours. I saw at least 6 people come and go after I arrived. It’s not worth the time. Yes Walmart is cheap but it’s not worth the time. I’d rather spend 30 dollars somewhere else and get out within an hour. Half of the mechanics just stand around and talk while a car just sits there. Go somewhere else, it’s not worth it.

Got an oil change and a break light replacement here. It took a while because they were under staffed and the manager had to help put in the break light but I 100% was expecting the wait and ok with it. The deal is great. I would recommend for a cheap and efficient oil change. I always go to Walmart for my oil changes 👍🏽

I went on mothers day, I just couldn't take abusing my car any longer. 1 guy was doing all the oil changes, then another guy came in to help. Good team work was displayed. It took 2 hours, but for the peace of mind it was worth it.

Their $48 oil change is really $72+ since it doesn't include the filters and only includes 80% of the oil your vehicle requires. If you drive anything but a 4 cylinder commuter, expect to spend $100 if you replace your airfilter with your oil change.

I will say the gentleman that checked me in was very friendly, but I can not say the same for the other team members. They didn’t ask if it was ok to change my air filter and went ahead and did it anyways. Upon checkout I told them I had not approved that in which the guy rudely asked if I wanted them to “put the old dirty filter back in”. I told him yes so they did, but this obviously took up more time. When I got back to my car the handles, the wheel, and even part of my seat had oily dirt all over. When I got back I checked my engine and the filter itself (which is why I hadn’t wanted it changed I do that myself). The filter was far from needing to be changed and the engine was absolutely covered in oil which was already smoking from less than the ten minute drive back from the auto center which can pose a huge safety risk.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I got here at 5pm, had an appointment and at 6:30 they told me it's going to still take an hour long to finish my car. I was just getting an oil change and tires

I had my tires rotated here this morning. Nice people, got in quick, my concern is the fact they said on the paper work they put air in my tires and they did not . I had to have them do it before I left. And also they didn’t reset my sensors before they pulled my car out the shop. I also had to ask them to do so before I left. There answer to me was there equipment was dead for the sensors, and that there tire pressure gave was faulty. Bit in reality they didn’t put air in the tires, I don’t think it’s right to sign off on a service and not do the service that’s suppose to be done and pull my car out the shop without full service being done. Also I would like to suggest new equipment bought for there shop to do the right services correctly. So for future services make sure they do the air and sensor rest before you leave. Always make sure the services are done before they send you on your way.

They are now keeping everything you could imagine locked up. Not only that but you can never find an employee to unlock anything. Usually you have to stand around for a half hour. Whatever employee comes they say they don't have the keys and they'll call somebody and never do. I only go there if I'm absolutely forced to.

Got an oil change and rotate tires and balance. They said they couldn't rotate and balance because a stud was broken which it has been for a long time and was still serviced at another walmart before and new tires put on by walmart as well so it has the lifetime rotate and balance. I am came here due to availability but now I know why it doesn't get very busy here.
