Employees are always friendly and cordial and overall a good experience every time I bring my car here. 4 Stars due to the past two times I've had new tires put on, each time one of the new valve stems leaked and I had to bring it back in. The staff was always receptive to this, however, and would fit it in immediately and have it done in no more than 15 minutes. Great people.

I made an appointment for 2:30 the day before. I got there at 2:15. The guy (Eric or Aaron, not sure) asked me to wait while he answered quite literally 5+ phone calls. I waited patiently. Once it was my turn, I told him I had an appointment and we went and checked out my tire. I bought a new tire and he told me since it was past my appointment time, it was entered as a 3:20 appointment and he needed a time slot leeway because of it. When I waited for HIM to take many phone calls. I didn’t give him my number to call since I told him I was staying in the lobby until my car was done. I waited for 2.5 hours without hearing my name called. I finally went up and asked when my car would be ready and was told they finished it at 3:30!! It was 5:10pm. Absolutely ridiculous service with horrible communication between workers it seems.

Purchased tires here, then refused to rotate or repair my flat tire due to “alignment wear” in order to sell me on an alignment. Les Schwab tires and costco both said my tires were fine. I should have expected to be scammed when i saw the salesman with gelled hair at a tire shop!

Last weekend, Cody helped me with some questions I have regarding a possible warranty claim on my four year old Cooper tires. This young man gave me some of the best customer service I have received in years. He spoke slowly and clearly, patiently answered all my questions, reassured me of my options, and gave me helpful tips on care of my tires and what might be possible in the future with a claim at America's Tire. I have shopped with Americas tires for years, and yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back, and I will never purchase from them again. I bought tires online, set an appointment for 1030, easiest 1000 dollars a company could make. I also got an alignment which i payed for in store, I told them to call me when it was done (which they did not) but hey, stuff happens. Got my car back, drove it around the parking lot, and i could hear the wheel weights clicking so I took it back. The employee told me it was tires rubbing, and I had to insist that it wasn't in order for him to get my car back in the bay. (I do have non standard rims and tires, so this happens from time to time, NBD) they take 20-30 minutes to get it fixed give me my keys back, and i drive off. The weights were still rubbing very loudly, so I brought it back in. i pulled over before I came in to check to make sure. I gave the keys back and told him it was wrong again. the employee then brings me into the shop area to show me that the wheels are not making noise (car is jacked up no weight on the tires with the front tires straight) i had to argue with this man that it was a left turn only sounds that was not my tires rubbing. Long story short they finally fix it, and I was correct. They tried to send me home twice in a car that was not properly serviced, insisting it was my fault, and only because I am a experienced driver/mechanic was I able to stand up for myself and insist the work be done correctly, up until almost the last part of our interaction. wasted four hours of my life which was supposed to be a pit stop experience (AT words, not mine) Not to mention that they tried to tell my wife years ago that they could replace once tire on a AWD car, which is a no go, because it will wreck my drivetrain. any tech worth their salt know that, but my wife did not, and they took advantage. Very unprofessional, very incompetent. They are nice, but very unprofessional. Id give zero stars if i could.

I was assisted by Aaron to get my wheels road force balanced, and it was hands down the best $40 I’ve spent in a long time. He was professional, patient, and incredibly thorough. He walked me through the entire process, explained potential issues with my older tires, and even showed me the live data so I could clearly understand what was going on. They also checked my alignment before completing the balance, which I really appreciated. My car had been vibrating over 60 mph for months, and trying to diagnose the issue had been beyond frustrating. This completely solved it. One of my wheels was severely out of balance — and that’s after I had already paid a competitor in Sacramento to “fix” it. If you’re dealing with vibration issues, this is absolutely the place to go. Honest, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented service.
