We buy a lot of tires from A.T. 9 vehicles on record . We buy certificates for every tire. Sadly when we try to have flats repaired here the minimum wait time is 4 hours & they are not receptive to try & do better.

I have a bad experience with this place. I changed the car’s wheels for the most expensive types last Thursday. After receiving the car, I noticed there was a scratch on the wheels. After three days, it was explained to me there was a defect in the rear tire. It was low air. Its air supply went from another place near my work. Two days later, I found the same problem with the tite. I went to the place again to find out and examine what the problem with this tire was. They told me that they would wait for two and a half hours. Two hours had passed, and when I spoke to them, they said that there was no nail inside the tire. From the beginning, I told them that I was tired and My children were waiting for me. After two hours, the car did not enter the place for examination because I saw them through the glass shared between the customers and the workers. After two hours they pull the car in front to check the tire!!! They couldn't do that from the beginning when I visited !!

Don't bother going elsewhere. America's Tire is the only stop for all your tire and other car services they offer. No shenanigans with price gouging, on the contrary, they are there to help you get the best service, pricing and experience. Aaron, Erik and the other gentleman that wrapped up the work were a great example of the dedication, great service and solutions offered at a fair cost.

I bought wheels and tires from Tirerack.com and chose to deliver then close to home. The install charge for this was 20$, so why not? Everything went fantastically. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The staff are nice and patient. The waiting room in comfortable and the install was done correctly. I was not over charged or sold anything i didn't want. It’s amazing how many new businesses have been developed and opened in such a short period of time! And they are heavily used and patrons love the diversity of food possibilities. From fast food businesses to sit down restaurants. Variable food from steak houses, to Oriental, to cold sandwiches, and to Mexican food!! Not to forget drive through hamburger and chicken variety type foods. What an amazing corner of Haun and surrounding area!

I needed to get the tire pressure adjusted on my Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Dually. When I arrived, the young gentleman asked me if I brought an extension tool for accessing the rear tires. Read that again if you want. Let it sink in. Yes, a tire shop asked if I - the customer - brought a tool to a tire shop. Because he didn't have the tool he said he couldn't do it. Tool apparently got stolen (his words). Ok, than just do the fronts please. Again that was a problem for the young gentleman because he needed to spend 5 mins taking the plastic wheel covers off. I left and went down the road to Fast Tire and Auto Service where I was wonderfully helped, with a smile. Needless to say, a tire shop that's called America's Tire and that is unable to perform something as simple as a tire pressure check on a truck literally build in America is not worthy of anything other than 1 star.

This place is absolutely amazing. I bought 4 tires from Discount Tire which is also Americas Tire, in 4 days it arrived and they installed in 45 minutes WOW. Staffs are super nice and you don’t have to go through all this and that BS like other places. They keep you posted what’s happening to your service via text. I never had such a breeze experience and best of all it cost me only $560 and they will repair my tires or replace them if they are not repairable all for free!! I originally went to Costco and they quoted me for over $1200 and no replacement of tires if it is damaged due to common reasons. Thanks Costco!!! I absolutely recommend this place.

Very busy place and very unorganized. They will tell you vehicles will be ready at a set time and they lie. If you don't have an appointment you will be lucky to get out within 5 hours. I heard so many people complaining about this. I only came here because a had a blown tire but obviosly not all American tires have the same quality service.

If I made an appointment why am I being told I have to wait one hour and 30 minutes before they can take my car into start on a tire rotation? That doesn't make much sense. Why is there appointments then? Let's make it make sense please? Also rude customer service, I waited in line at least 15 minutes and no one, I mean no one acknowledged me, I could have been greeted with a hello, we will be with you shortly anything, it's like a slap in the face after you have spent over 1,200 dollars on tires, wow just wow. I will not be returning to this location.

I don’t really like reviewing places poorly but hopefully this helps with some feedback. I dropped my car off that I got $1600 tires 5000 miles ago. Had a great experience and no appointment then and they were busy as well. Today I go in for rotating and balancing when they open at 8am They said it was going to take 2 hours which is a long time but I understand they have other clients and appts as well. I come back 2 hours later and they tell me they’re not sure when it’s gonna be done and that there are still 7 appointments in front of me. I think an update if you’re running late or a more honest ability to schedule your appointments would be great. I wasted a large portion of my morning thinking I’d be able to get to the rest of my appointments in time today. I feel like my car got moved back because since I bought the tires and it was a complimentary service they did, any service making them money before a customer who has used them for years because it was an included service.

*PLEASE READ * I've taken 2 of my vehicles here. No issues at first with my Dodge Caravan. So took my Honda. While waiting I was informed a lug nut on my Honda was stripped and they could not replace 1 of the 4 tires I payed for. Apparently the tire shop doesn't do wheel studs or lug nuts. So I went home with the tire in my trunk. Took off my old tire myself to find the lug nut wasent even fully on. Would have like that information before I drove it home. Replaced the stud and lug nut myself. Took it back, waited again to have them mount my previously purchased tire. Whatever, life goes on. Fast forward to the Dodge..I went to rotate my tires today to find out that the lug nuts are stripped out and 2 seem to have been replaced without me knowing. Now I had the tires on the Dodge replaced a while ago so I never really looked. Thats on me, I guess. Eventually cheap is cheap. Train your techs. It just tires. Teach them to learn more than an impact gun with a torque driver. Never again for me. Make your own decisions my neighbors.
