He looked up my friend's vehicle on his computer, found the correct coolant, then filled the near-empty reservoir for her. He also filled her empty windshield wiper reservoir for her. This auto zone is one of my favorites! Always very clean very respectful helpful knowledgeable employees! I love their customer service! I also appreciate them for allowing me to use the restroom on top of a time crunch they understood and made a register available for me because it was an emergency and couldn't wait for the line of people that seemed to all line up simultaneously! That really meant so much to me! I strongly recommend this auto zone they're the best!!!

Mariano really went above and beyond in helping me. My license plate holder was installed with bad screws and had fallen off. Mariano removed my license plate holder and helped me find a kit that might work, it didn’t work but he took the time to shave off enough plastic to get the new screws to fit perfectly. Normally the person helping you would tell you the kit doesn’t work and good luck, but Mariano got resourceful and made it work like a charm. He even re-installed the plate himself! I’m very grateful for his help and it really was exceptional service in an age of complacency. Keep up the good work and know your efforts are appreciated!

My daughter showed up 1 hour before closing and the staff didn't want to change her battery. It literally takes 10 minutes. Shame on that boy working 12/11/25 for not helping her!! I'll reach out to corporate.

Was in there 12/23/2025 at around 6:30 pm. Not one customer was in there. I just needed help finding the right car mats so asked the young man at the desk if he could help me. He basically was condescending and told me they are all universal (they are not) and wouldn’t help me. I just bought a random one and of course it doesn’t fit. If employees continue to treat customers that way your store will close (it wasn’t the gentleman with one arm). He definitely needs some coaching with customer service.

Earlier today a young lady helped me out I appreciate her help very much she was very helpful and polite she helped me out with purchasing my front brake pads and rotors plus everything I needed to go with it. With this bundle I got my brake pads FREE what’s better than that. The store was very well kept just good vibes all around. There was a man in a grey shirt long hair I believe he’s the owner and I wanted to reach out to say keep up the good work in keeping your store well ran and kept. I will definitely be going back for parts I need very reasonable prices THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN 10/10 customer service and very welcoming.
