I contacted American Auto Body after someone ran a red light and hit me. Due to parts on back order and some sensor work on my car (Prius) it took two months for my car to get finished. American Auto Body checked in with me weekly and handled questions from the insurance and kept me informed of any new concerns and updates along the way. I trust them for the work they do because I know they care a lot. They care a lot about their customers, they are proud of the work they do and it shows through the completed result. The entire staff at American Auto Body were very professional on every level! The attention to detail and care that went into the body work repair and paint on my 2022 Tesla Model 3 Performance was outstanding! Forget the rest, you've found the best 🏆. I had damage on several areas of my van. This would be the first time that I would file a claim and I was a bit nervous about the process. I started doing research on local body shops and after a thorough search I reached out to American Auto Body. Efrain was amazing from day 1. I took in my vehicle for an estimate and while I was there, they're was another customer dropping off his vehicle. He went on to tell me that this was his 3rd time bringing in one of his vehicles in to the shop. He had so many great things to say about Efrain and his team, so much so that he made sure to tell me he wasn't getting paid to say it 😅, he was just so happy with the service that he wanted others to know. Days later I dropped of my vehicle. Efrain kept in contact every step of the way. He let me know when parts were expected to come in , what stage they were completing, when the insurance inspector was to review the damage. To be honest my insurance was somewhat dropping the ball on their end and I was worried that it might effect the timeline but Efrain reassured me that everything would be fine and he would be in contact with my representative. He lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. My vehicle came out sooooo good, looked better than new. I cannot recommend American Auto Body enough. They really care about their customers. You're not just a number to them, you're family ❤️. They truly go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible. Thank you Efrain & his team for all your hard work 🙏🏼. I attached some photos of before and after, unfortunately I didn't think to take the exact same position on the after photos as I need a ladder to see the top but hopefully you can tell the difference in the photos.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had in Corpus. Efrain the owner generally cares about the customer and does everything within his control to make the customer satisfied. I can't recommend enough and I'll definitely be spreading the word. The quality of work was exceptional, my truck was ready in a about a week....could have been faster but the parts took a while to come and the weather was freezing that week. I'm definitely going back with my other cars.

I could not have been more pleased with this shop and their service. The owner fully restored my sons 2009 Toyota Tacoma. The truck was completely taken apart and done the RIGHT WAY. I could not have asked for a better paint job and the workers were really cool. he takes his time and answers any and all questions you may have. I have since referred several friends and family members to him. GREAT service , AMAZING workmanship, FRIENDLY service , and the best price compared to other less reputable shops in town. Everyone was really nice to me! The shop is very cute and clean on the inside, and the job only took 2 days to complete. My car needed a new bumper and now it looks better than it ever did before! Efrain was so friendly and helpful. I needed a quick fix to my bumper that was rubbing against my tire without having to replace the entire thing. I showed up at 2:30pm and by 6:30pm, it was fixed! Great service and did everything they could to fix my issue. Will be going here for all my car needs!

One of the easiest most stress free car experience I have ever had! I felt welcomed right away, and the staff is SO friendly! After visiting many shops, American Auto Body felt like the right choice. They are definitely someone you can trust. Not only that, but the work they did on my car was AMAZING! I am so happy and feel like I have a brand new car again!
