Courteous, bit the collision center did not know how to track your vehicle from start to end. I had to sign a release form before receiving an estimate. Once I sent the release form the immediately fixed the problem and left my insurance company completely out of the loop. I was told I had to pay because the collision center was getting full. I was upset because I had the choice to take to a locksmith of my choice. Rather they fixed it before I or my insurance company was aware. Hope this helps.

Everyone was nice, but unfortunately our experience was an absolute comedy of errors. Their quote was over three times the cost of another shop, and turned a drive-thru fender bender into a real nightmare. Then they inexplicably lost numerous parts, large and small (how does one lose a whole bumper and bumper cover?). You'll laugh til you cry, lol. ๐ญ

Don't take your vehicle to get repaired at this buisness. They are very unprofessional and they took several months procrastinating to repair the suv. I wanted to give the business a zero, but it would not allow me to post that is why I gave 1star. A worthless place

I took my 2019 Traverse in for front end body work. I was greeted immediately by Shelia! I explained what I needed to have done. She took a look at my car. I waited in her nice cool office. She gave a printout of my estimate to repair my car and explained it to me. She was able to give me a date when i could drop my car off and approximately how long it would take to repair it! Worked perfectly for me! I was very impressed at the whole process! She was very courteous and friendly. Dropped my car off the very next day! I did receive texts while my car was in the shop providing updates and when it was ready for me to pickup! They did an awesome work! I was very impressed! Sheila made sure I was satisfied with the work. And i was very satisfied! Sheila took very good care of me and my car! Felt as though I had just bought a new car! Felt like Iโd known her forever! The cashiers were very friendly also! I was in and out in no time!! The facilities were very clean too! Great job to Sheila and all the rest! I will definitely take my car there again when needed! courteous and friendly!

The damage to my vehicle was not extensive, and there were only 3 parts that needed to be replaced, so I did not understand why it took 4 weeks to get my car back. However, it was nice that I was able to reserve the car quickly and easily, that was not an issue.

"Customer Service"....a lost art/action? Wanted to share to All looking for a place that went the extra mile in "Taking Care of the Customer" and keeping in mind I didn't even buy my vehicle from them! Two individuals receive that honor from us today .... Cynthia @Service-Drive up & Shella in Collision Shop . We experienced a roof water leak on our 2021 AT4 ,while traveling threw Corpus Christi and having little time to fix it, was lead to this location for a needed ,right away repair. Both Customer Service individuals, reasoned the situation through and took time and used their resources, they had, to get this "challenge" addressed & completed to our satisfaction! That's Customer Service at its Best! Felt good to experience, especially after retiring from 45 years of "Service to Customers" myself. Felt "Hopeful" of seeing it in 2 young people! Your dealership should be "Proud " to have them on staff! Q๐๐

USAA insurance claim for a $5,500 repair on 2022 Tundra. Waited 3.5 months for parts and I had to call to get updated. They had got parts and forgot to call. Incomplete job performed. I had retainer pins missing and additional damage to my truck because of where they were parking it. If you have a really nice vehicle, I do not recommend this shop.

The lady Sheila was very rude I just called to see if they had availability to get my car in a lot sooner from the gate, she gave me a bad attitude iโm the customer here. I already got stuff going on with my car been wrecked. Didnโt need her bad attitude to add more flame to the fire So I will stick to the AutoNation collision southside not the north.

Was recommended to go here from 3rd party insurance company from person who rear ended me. Upon arrival I was given forms to fill out and initial. Forms were not explained. I read the forms but still did not fully understand what I was signing. Apparently one of the forms I signed was an agreement to have my vehicle serviced here. Which I found to be done in mistrust; because I did not get an opportunity to actually select my service provider. (I will mention that I wasnt against leaving my car there but just felt like I didnt have a choice). Either way the service was provided in a timely manner. There were some markings and body damage that was not fixed but it was so miniscule I made no mention of it the color correct was spot on. Overall the work was ok and I was satisfied to take my car back.
