Showed up very lye on a Saturday. Close to closing time. My tire was fly at work, I filled it with air and drove to Firestone. Danny and crew graciously helped me to get a new tire, right before closing time. I work 5am - 5:30 pm so I wouldn’t have been able to make it the next day. I will now ALWAYS bring my car to this Firestone. What great customer service!!!

Had an appointment for a bulb replacement, because my driver side headlight went out. Told them it was only that bulb that went out and probably because its policy, the mechanics went and checked all my lights and I guess while in the process of checking my taillights, they broke one of my brake light assembly. It wasn't the major brake lights, but the small one on my back window. The guy who was in the front cashing me out told me that it broke and that they don't have a replacement for it. The guy didn't apologize or offered to fix it for free. Most likely because they didn't want to admit that they're the ones that broke it. I will not be coming back to any Firestone establishment, because I know for sure that when I left my home my little brake light assembly was not broken. They even left all the shattered pieces still in my car.

Before I went in Discount tire I called and the tell me bring your car. And I arrived at 10:00am waiting that they will replaced the tire of my car. Until 11:20am nobody touch my car, they get my key and me and my 2yrs old son are waiting for almost 1and a half hour for nothing. That’s why I get the Key go out and call the discount tire which they told me to bring my car and when I arrived there they check it and everything they explained to me everything we need. In Firestone nobody did the check, they just get the key and let you set without telling what exact time they will do they work.

My experience was good. The technician actually found a couple of issues that I had corrected. There was a delay getting the tires. They did not have my size in stock and needed to get them transferred in. I was there longer than expected, but I do believe it was an issue at the transferring store. Other than that, I am happy with my service at the Firestone Gulfway location.

Very happy with everything here at this Firestone location from Customer service to vehicle services. Minimal waits, scheduling is easy. I've been having my truck serviced here for at least the last 75k+ with no plans of going anywhere else. I recently went with their Destination X/T tires which I'm happy with as well on road, off road, and even hauling the trailer.

I had a confirmed appointment at this location for a low tire and showed up on time, only to be told they weren’t going to service my car. Seriously? I took time off from work and received multiple confirmations by phone and email for this appointment. You can't pick up the phone and tell a customer they need to reschedule? There were no other customers there, so no excuse for the horrendous customer service. I have 4 brand new Firestone tires and this was my first visit to this location—and it’ll definitely be my last. If I had the money, I’d ditch these tires and go with a more reputable brand. Terrible customer service and complete waste of time. This establishment doesn't even deserve the 1 star I'm giving them! Don’t bother giving these people your business, they don't care.

Was told to come at 12pm for 4 tires and an alignment it's now 3:40 pm and still not done.if u have appt u should be accommodate.
