I went to Autozone because my headlight was out. Special shoutout to the woman who assisted me!! Her name wasn't on the reciept but I wish it was!! She helped me find the bulb I needed and installed it for me in below freezing weather. 10/10 service!! Very appreciated!!

Autozone has been my go-to automotive service center for a few years now. No matter what store I visited, the replacement of minor items like wipers or batteries was eagerly included in the price. One of my previous visits was to replace headlights for my Equinox, but this time the eager service was not there. First, they said that service was no longer included, then, one had no training and the other’s hands were too big for the procedure. Thank goodness one more attendant was on duty. Julian was not concerned about big hands or the cold weather. Julian came forward, and 10 minutes later, I was on my way. I used to love Autozoze’s customer care, but to maintain that high standard, they need hire more positive people like Julian.

Excellent service today from the Store Manager at 4113 S. Staples St, Corpus Christi, TX 78411. My Chevy Equinox was making a really loud screeching noise. After several misdiagnoses from other places, the manager quickly determined what was causing the sound. He was able to patiently fix the issue. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Told me they couldn't replace my headlight. For my honda civic. So they sell me a headlight and I find a youtube video and get my light out in 2 minutes with no problem only to find they sold me a bulb that doesn't even fit my car. Thanks so much! Y'all are the worst.

Joshua Mican—- get a new manager Auto Zone! I ordered a $132. part—supposed to come in Tuesday. Nope, not in & no call to save me a trip to pick it up. Next it’s supposed to come in Thursday—-same experience. But, the icing on the cake was the way Joshua Mican treated an old man in the store. Apparently the old man had been similarly inconvenienced and was complaining. Mr. Mican had NO sympathy whatsoever and made his indifference clear. Another female employee seemed to follow the “leader”. I said to the old man, “The disappointment would be a little easier to take if the employees acted a little sorry abour inconveniencing you.!” Mr. Macan then gave me attitude—at one point he said he had apologized to the man; however IF he did it only adds to the sting when the apology is CLEARLY not heartfelt. I guess you can guess, I’m never going back there!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a VatoZone. I can’t recall the lady that helped me or the managers name but they were both top notch. I originally planned to buy just wipers and an inside air filter and both employees went above and beyond by replacing both for me on the spot.

I bought a Bluetooth device to connect my smart phone to my Bluetooth in my car so I can listen to YouTube over the speakers. I had my receipt ( it wasn't cheap) and went into the AutoZone on Staples in front of Wal-Mart in Corpus Christi, TX to exchange it and on the receipt it says there's a 90 day exchange but an employee (Amanda) asked if she could help me, so I went on to explain that it had stopped working. Had the exchange one in my hand and Amanda looked at her computer and said there's no warranty on this so if it doesn't work. Sorry she would not exchange it. " IT'S ON THE RECIEPT" I always give my business to AutoZone and have never had any problems before but Amanda is wrong its a 90 day exchange. I will be calling corporate offices and letting them know that she needs additional training.

My car wouldn’t start in the Walmart parking lot nextdoor and had no way of getting it over to AutoZone. Albert walked with me to my car to jump it and replaced my battery for me. He truly went above and beyond and I even managed to make it to work on time.

This morning I went to go buy a light for my back blinker on my SUV. When I had gotten there I asked if the could buy a back light blinker for my SUV and the one guy that was working with me stated he couldn't help me and they do not do that there that they only do the front light so I just left it alone seeing the other workers were busy I just brought my stuff and left. I called the one on airline busy it seemed fishy since they have always done my blinker on staples no problem. The one on airline said they do help put the blinker on the SUV, car ect that the guy I was working with on staples just didn't want to do it. I would like to thank Sherry on airline AutoZone for your help putting on my back blinker. My husband had to get to the bottom of this because I was going to report the employee that I was working with on staples but I just decided to just leave a review instead. Again thank you Sherry on airline AutoZone for you help.

My favorite local AutoZone! Everytime I enter the store the environment is positive. The employees are always bubbly and happy to attend customers and team orientated. Customer service is exceptional. Parts Manager Irait, is very direct and professional with concerns and conflict and was very quick with my purchase and light bulb installation. I will add everytime I do need to stop by the store on several other occasion, I notice the store always being super clean, organized and how helpful it is having a bilingual option! Overall, this location will always be my Go-To, going above and beyond with genuine care goes a long way and this store overflows with it!

I recently went to the Autozone on Staples next to Walmart. I bought brake light bulbs for my VW Tiguan at the Port/ Morgan store. They did not know how to install and suggested I come to this store. I was helped by a very pleasant young lady named Isabella. She wasn't sure how to install my brake light either. But the difference, she was willing to figure it out. It was a little difficult to get the lens off to get to the bulbs, but like a champ she figured it out and changed my bulbs. Now my blinker and brake lights function again. Very happy! Kudos to this young lady. She has a bright future ahead! 👍😁

I would like to thank the gentleman that helped my daughter install her new car battery after the employees at the AutoZone on Airline Rd would not help her. They claimed that since the battery was purchased on-line, from the AutoZone website mind you, they could not help her change the battery. Having a daughter away at school means being dependent on others to help, and the employees at the AutoZone on Staples St did just that.

Our battery was about to go out but we made it to the auto zone on staples. The store associate, whose name I didn’t catch, was amazing!! Young college man who took the time to not only check our warranty but switch out the battery himself! Not a lot of young guys take the extra step but he took care of it all, and seemed happy to do so. Whichever profession he decides on after college I am sure he will be successful. Thank you young man for being kind and respectful! Great customer service!
