Took my vehicle in for AC repair. I have used their services before and been very satisfied. The whole staff is friendly, professional & provide excellent customer service. Took my car in late in the day so i did have to leave it overnight but Mr. Pedro did an amazing job of updating me on the process & even text pictures of the work being done!! Job was done early next morning & AC is working great!! I would highly recommend these guys, they do EXCELLENT work!

I’ve been using this car place on and off since my first car many many years ago whenever they were off of Carrol lane. Very good honest business! They never disappoint me. It’s refreshing to see how busy they are every-time I pass by! Benny is a great guy, Never met jj till this last recent encounter he was great too! I got a second opinion from them since the car place I got my car from said my car didn’t have any issues (even though it clearly did) they figured out the issues it was having and what needs to be done thank you so much. Whenever the time is right I will be back for more service :)

I have taken 3 vehicles to this place. The two previous times I have been satified. This time I am not. We took my wifes car into have it checked because it was running sluggish, the check engine light and abs light were flashing. They did the dianogstic test and said it needed an ignition coil. They changed the coil and it still had a miss. This was cyclinder # 1, They then said that it needed some kind of treatment done to blow the carbon that had acccumlated in the engine and other places. The total cost of all of this was $825.00. We took it back yesterday with it doing the same thing. The called today and said they need to take off the intake manifold and clean that out. Another $600.00. I think that since what they did previously didn't work we should be entitled to our money back on the part for the coil which we didn't need, the labor to remove and replace it. We also should be credit the money for the treatment that didn't work either. They have a statement on the bottom of the work orders that say parts and labor 36 months or 36000 miles. They are not honoring this and want the extra money from us on something that should have been fixed the first time

I needed suspension work done to my tundra to level lift the front and was given substantial advice from Jay the mechanic, he ended up fixing/adjusting what I needed to be done to proper specs as desired. Jay really knows what he was doing and working with, will definitely recommend his advice and workmanship with A1 results! Appreciate it

Well they are on time with your repairs and straight forward with the Damage & reasonable with the cost. Unfortunately they missed to replace a bolt to my truck fender wheel. Which isn’t a big deal but wasn’t the way I left it. I’m 3 hour’s away from this shop and still go to them as I feel they are very Knowledgeable with my Truck. They just had a hick up and forgot a bolt. Which it Forgiven.

Great mechanics and very professional, the only thing that bothers me is how they leave grease stains inside the vehicle. I had to use some Clorox wipes to wipe the grease off the center console and the seats the both times I took in my car. Other than that, these guys are great and very honest and they know what they are doing.

Fantastic service recieved here and last minute. I’m out of San Antonio and travel for work. Got into a bind and this shop and Benny specifically were amazing in getting to my vehicle quickly and efficiently. Benny was open to discussing what was going on every step of the way. I had tried to fix a wiring issue for the mass air flow sensor and had grounded a wire, Benny found it quickly and fixed my mistake, vehicle is in perfect condition now a day later. Couldn’t be happier with the service from moment one to right now. Very much appreciated my experience and the guys in the shop.

This is the only place that I will bring both vehicles! We live close to Rockport, but the trouble of towing a vehicle is worth it because everyone at Performance Auto works like a fine oiled machine. The mechanics are awesome. They always fix the problem. Pedro and JJ are fantastic with sending you the information that needs to be fixed. You can authorize or not authorize what needs to be done and I really like that. The prices here are fair. And I must say they are very honest here. That’s what I really appreciate about this place the most. I can’t say enough good things about this auto repair shop! From start to finish, the experience was amazing. They were incredibly quick, friendly, and extremely thorough. After I had already tried replacing several parts elsewhere with no real solution, they were the ones who finally found the actual reason my car was having issues.
