Took my kia in for a recall but there is something wrong with it in its on the list on the recall but they said they can check again if it's not on the recall I would have to pay for it. The first recall I did was they relearn the computer and now all my guauges quit like the car is off maybe once a month.

Service not what it used be. The guy at the parts counter seems like he wants to be somewhere else. Also, I left a message for the service manager a week ago for information about a service I was considering that is quite expensive, but never received a call back. I miss Crystal.

Brandon in services has always taken care of me and my family when I need to get my kia looked at. He's also very knowledgeable about what he's doing and does what he can to help you out. 6 weeks after replacing 02 Sensors & catalytic converter, engine light come back on, made appt. for 4/10/23 & when took it in they said they would let me know something in a week. I call one week later just to be told 3 cars ahead of mine. Still nothing, guess they repair one car per week. I need my car to get inspection due & also get to MD Anderson by 5/15/23 . So disappointed.

I have been calling since Monday left a message and also left a voice mail and no one has called me back. No one in service answers, what is going on?? I also went on their website to schedule service and the wait to get in is longer than 60 days and the message says to call which I have and no one answers in service. I had originally given them a 5 star but with this, it has definitely changed!!!

Dropped offbcar Thurasay they still haven't even looked at my car to get a diagnoses. It's now Monday. Called was told my a very rude customer service person maybe today or tomorrow. Casue they dint diagnose one the weekends 5 days no car is ridiculous ans they do not offer a rental or a loner car. And if your car is under warranty you can't take it anyplace else to have it worked on or it will void your warranty. So now no car and I have no way to work.

terrible place. i dropped my car off about a month ago because the AC stopped working. they returned it to me a week later. the AC still wasn’t working, so i took it back. again. now, it’s been about two weeks and they still haven’t started working on my car. should’ve never bought a kia.

I went in for regular maintenance on my Kia .I was provided a courtesy ride home I was notified when the vehicle was ready and was picked up shortly after. They provided me a vehicle health report and advised me of up coming maintenance on my next visit.very professional staff an knowledgeable of the product they sell

I took my vehicle to get an estimate for A/C repair. I was told it was going to cost over $5000 then they offered to buy my car. I took the car to a second mechanic the next day and was told that the Freon was completely drained. I would not recommend the service center to anyone.

I am new to the Corpus area and was looking for Mike Shaw Toyota. I had a terrible experience at AutoNation and wanted a different service dealer. I pulled into Mike Shaw Kia and mentioned I couldn't get my Samsung phone GPS to work on my new Land Cruiser. E.J. took the time to see if he could help and he was successful! This was after many attempts from other service guys and friends AND watching how to videos. That was excellent service and didn't make this ol lady feel bad about not making it work. Hate is not the feeling I will say I am experiencing right now. I have never in all my years owning a Kia have seen the service so poor, unjust, and horrible customer service starting with Brandon Silva and everyone under him. Starting with my parents' van ( which is still not fixed), tell them that the problem they were having was not covered under warranty or the lemon law. They had a letter from kia that one of the repairs they needed to fix was under warranty, but apparently, they still said no. Now they are screwing over my sister in law, who by the way lost her husband my brother a month ago, stating that engine failure was caused because they only had three oil changes on the car (which is a lie because my father took the her car to get oil changes) and they determine this by looking in glove box and found three oil service reports they didn't even check the car or anything like that. If you need your car done by the dealership, I suggest San Antonio. They are better because Corpus will screw you and your car.

Parts dept has a guy that sits at the desk typing on the computer who is pissed off if interrupted by a customer. Good luck getting this guy to assist you without attitude or a disgusted demeanor because he had to look away from his pile of papers and computer to replace a key fob battery or look up a part. Service department will not answer phone calls and if you get lucky after calling for the 7th time in a day (not exaggerating) and you get a person and not voicemail…the reply to your question will be curt and vague, then placed on hold again. Avoid this place…it needs a revamp starting with all employees. experience quality service at any other KIA dealership.

PART 1. Don't understand. Oil change is scheduled for 10:15 am. We get there on time. Why does it take 3 to 4 hours? We've been waiting 3 1/2 hours & they still haven't started on our vehicle. What's the purpose of an appointment? Frustrating & disappointed. PART 2. Its now going on 5 damn hours just for an oil change. We scheduled for 10:00 am which was only to get in line in which they did not tell us that. They did say it will be a 2 hour wait. but they OVER BOOKED!!! its going on 5 HOURS!!! This is ridiculous & poor business. We're still waiting. We've lost a whole day because of their poor incompetent people with no experience - whoever is in charge of booking. They have people booking online & people booking on phone. Not good!!!
