I have been using CC Auto for over a year now and can not express enough how much I appreciate their service! James always gets my car in and out for oil changes and any maintenance my vehicle needs. I have NEVER felt pressured to do any extras but they do let me know if anything looks bad or may need to be looked at in the future. I always get an itemized detailed proposal before work is started and have not once had an issue with pricing. I HIGHLY recommend CC Auto. The entire staff have always been professional!

We first met Michael when we needed our service truck repaired after an accident. Since then, we've chosen to bring all our vehicles to his automotive shop for maintenance and repairs. Michael is transparent and honest, with reasonable prices. In every interaction with Michael, it's evident that he prioritizes treating his customers fairly and providing excellent service. Had an unfortunate small accident with my 2024 GMC 2500HD PU. Needless to say I was very distraught as my truck was only 4 months old. Michael and his team at CC Transformations put my mind at ease and took care of my vehicle as if it was their own. Always keeping me up to date on every aspect of the repair. Got my truck back like it was brand new again and I am totally pleased with the final outcome. extremely bad experience. i have literally no recourse for what ive been through. i dont even want to describe it here because im afraid the owner is going to go off on me in a reply about it. i am going to most likely have to seek another shop to not only repair whatever was done here, but to repair the theft my car experienced at some point while in the possession of this shop. my vehichle is forever tainted by what happened in this business and i am unbelievably upset and angry and sad.

7/2/25: A correction was made on the a/c system and it is cooling better than before, I hope the system will be able to operate at a tolerable level, the warranty expires in may of '26. Thank you James and your crew for taking the time to get the system to a comfortable operational condition. Update: 6/30/25:the Jeep is back in shop. James will have the guys work on correcting the poor performance of this a/c system... I will update the results. Was up front about my need of a 100% working a/c & heat system in my 2001 jeep grand cherokee, long story short, I over paid for an a/c system that gets down to 77 degrees at best (being very generous) and James wanted another $1200 to replace the blend door that was supposed to have been replaced to start with. For $3800, I'm still going to need to replace the a/c compressor, not to mention other a/c items that needed to be replaced after the service. I don't think I will be using any of the "warranty" offered from them..

If your looking for a family owned and operated business that treats you like family I couldn't recommend Michael and CC Transformations more highly. From the minute you pull up to the shop to when you get your vehicle back. You know you were treated with a different level of costumer service that you just don't get from those big out of town shops. Michael far exceeded my expectations in every way. I just don't why you would even consider going anywhere else for your mechanical or body shop repairs. Thank you Michael and CC Transformations.

I am so grateful to have taken my vehicle to CC Transformations Automotive. Not only did they assess what was needed and contact me to discuss the costs prior to repair; one of the owners then called me afterwards to make sure my truck was running well and that I had a pleasant experience with the technicians during the process of my vehicles repair. They were able to get the work done quickly and resolve the issues I was having. I also will mention with no names that I had taken my vehicle to another place and that company had told me that the vehicle was not repairable. I sought a different opinion with CC Automotive and they were able to diagnose the issue and repair, which tells me the level of competence from their techs was much better than the initial company I had look at my truck. I will use them from now on and I have also told my dad to take his vehicle there in the future based on my positive experience.

Went to James at CC Transformations after getting a ridiculous report back from another local shop. To say that the other shop was trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman is an understatement. Luckily James was upfront, honest and a pleasure to work with.
