If you don't go here for your service or next purchase, you're a fool! I wasn't even a customer and the management and service took care of me on account of another dealer screwing me over. I hate dealerships, but this is definitely the exception. If I could give 6 stars of recommendation, I would.

Ive taken my ford twice and both times nothing but issues. This last they said it was solenoid and vacuum line and ac control. So now im in new mexico stranded after they said the fixed it, it still had the rattling except it was louder. Really disappointed in there service department. Thinking they do it on purpose so they can sell vehicles cause no one is buying them. Thats how they take care the veterans.

Daniel in the service department is extremely rude. I was told this morning I g at 830am my car would be there maybe half a day for a recall here it is almost closing time and I call to get an update because it's been there all day long and no one has called me all day he wanted to get an attitude because I told him he said it would be ready by today and he didn't like that I said that I guess. Not just that but I don't appreciate my phone number being used for soliciting sales.

Traded my 2011 F150 for 2020 F150, and part of the deal was that they would swap tires and rims I had purchased 1 month prior. Sat in waiting area for hour and half then asked how in was going. Oh, they are different thread count on lug nuts. Ok, you could have said something. I went and bought correct lug nuts and came back. Then they claimed the tire pressure sensors couldn’t be linked to the new vehicle. Wrong. They just didn’t want to do it. Overall, it took 4 hours to take off 4 tires and put 4 back on. With appointment. This is why I won’t take truck in for oil changes or other repairs. I don’t trust them to do it right. Sales team across street is great 👍A++!

Took my truck in for service first day wasn’t updated at all for just a transmission flush. Was told to bring back the next day then told to bring it back another day. Finally when the truck was finished the transmission was giving me more problems from when I took it in. Mando never answers the phone nor updates me with the vehicle. I do not recommend coming here. The only person who will call is sales and that’s for you to sale the vehicle

Was in a bad spot when my electronic key for my Ford Edge started acting up and I was worried about being stranded somewhere during the weekend with my handicapped wife. After being blown off by a couple of places, I called Ed Prado in the Parts Dept of Sames Auto on Ayers.Even though it was 5:30 on a Friday, he told me to come in. Ed was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He worked for a while to get the electronic key open and found it was simply the batteries, which he replaced. Since my key is pretty old, he looked up the cost of a new one but did not pressure me at all. Even though he had to stay a few minutes past closing, he could not have given better service! Will DEFINITELY come back!

Best customer service I have ever received at any service center I've ever been to daniel Ramos was my contact point. I was given his card with the phone number. That was a direct number straight to him this kind of service is no longer available anywhere that I've ever been. You always have to go through a stupid switchboard or deal with 80 people. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable and just an all-around good person.

Service department at this location is a true joke, took in my vehicle, 5 weeks combined time of my vehicle beign there and over $1,200.00 in 2 things they assured would take care of the problem, the vehicle is still the same. In fact it came out worst and the service department will not assume responsibility, the general manager didn't even bother to check up on anything. I went in because they are suppose to be the experts on Ford product repairs, I knew it was going to be expensive but I trusted they knew what they were doing, but that is far from the truth. Instead I was told they have to fix one thing, if that does not work then they move on to the next thing, at this rate they will rebuild my vehicle to their advantage, not the customers. I love how after posting a negative review, they ask you to call back so they can assist in resolving the issue, don't bother, they don't do anything to assist. They make it seem you are a bother to them. I am actually going to a different Ford Dealer to make sure they made the repairs they charged me for, the way my vehicle is driving I really don't think they did anything.

I dropped off my mustang I had bought within the last 6 months, and due to the dealership I bought it from, it needed to have work done. I came to Ford service. The staff was willing to help me with my issue quickly and made sure I was taken care of. Daniel Ramos the service manager was mainly the only I was dealing with, and he offered me assurance it would get fixed within a day. He was very friendly and made sure to help me get it all covered under my Warrenty. I recommend coming here for fast service and friendly staff.

Rear hatch ajar sensor kept draining the battery on our Lincoln. Auto Nation Ford doesn't work on Lincolns. Sames diagnosed and repaired problem. Friendly, professional with competitive pricing. These guys definitely know what they're doing. Top notch service. Upxdate: Sluggish ignition. They replaced battery & did a maintenance check. Still happy with service & personnel 11.2024. ☆☆☆☆☆☆

They said that they would make sure that they would not call my phone with sales deals. Then after the called they said it again. Then they said it again. Today they said it again. They said that they would not text me. Its the same story. Telling me they won't and then doing it over and over again is dishonest.

Sames service Corpus Christi: Made an appointment almost two weeks ago. Took the day off of work and was there at 8am. Got up early and dropped it off and stayed there and they said may be a little while which was fine even though I had appt. and should not have heard that to begin with!!!! What are appointments for????? So I'm there for hours and it's now 11 and I walked back by there and sat down, mind you I was there the entire time. He walks out and says did you get my call and I said no because I did not. He started to give me some BS about technician assigned is blah blah blah and I said just give me my truck and he said that's what he was going to say which is laughable after I take a day off of work for an appt. So am I supposed to take another day off because service can't handle their jobs?? Or was it a push back for warranty that don't make them money?? You already know that answer. If I were you I'd take my business elsewhere because I will never go there again or buy a vehicle there again either... He knew I was mad but didn't even try and tell me when they'd be able to do their job with an appt... Telling you they can care less, so if I can stop one person from caring to give them their business then this 5 minutes was worth my time.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this dealership’s service department. My truck was kept for over a month, and in all that time it was only inspected twice for a total of about one hour of actual service time. Throughout the process, communication was nonexistent. No one would return our calls, and whenever we tried to reach out, we could not get answers or even a simple update. The lack of responsiveness and customer service was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. In the end, we had no choice but to pay to have the truck towed to another business that was actually capable of handling the problems. This added unnecessary cost, stress, and inconvenience on top of the month of wasted time. After this experience, I would not trust their service team again. If you’re considering SAMES Ford, be prepared for long delays, poor communication, and little concern for customer satisfaction.
