Called to get a repair quote on a squeaking noise coming from my lift. I asked if this was a common problem amongst lifted trucks and she didn’t know. Well, if you don’t know why not transfer me to a service service technician who knows. Moreover, she asked where I got the lift which is irrelevant to my issue. Why does it matter where I got my lift. Just wished I got the proper help. I was quoted $100 just for diagnostics.

Great install. Great prices but had to go back twice because they forgot to put in a bolt but thats alright. Dented both fenders not that noticeable but I am very picky and I noticed it after getting home. The staff was very nice but the blonde lady was a bit rude.

Brought my truck in months ago for it to come out more jacked then it went in. Was charged as if Josh was working on it when in fact he didn't. My truck has been sitting in his parking lot for months. His wife keeps saying it's done come get it when they have not touched. Iv spent thousands here and I'm getting my truck 10 times worse then when I dropped dit off. His wife trys to argue with you like she's done the work herself. She just loves arguing to piss you off more. This place is over priced. Doesn't know what they act like they do. They are rude.

Took my Ram in to get a lift and new tires placed on it. Customer service is through the roof with the people here. Any questions I had were answered by Steven and/or Aaron (quite possibly misspelled). Had a little rubbing going on with my tires and that was also taken care of by these guys. All I had to do was set up a time and I was in and out in no time. I waited while the work was done and was constantly checked on when someone who hadn’t seen me walked by. It isn’t that they just did their job, it’s how they go about it. Any future work that will be done to my truck will be taken to Truck Masters.

Had a leveling kit as well as rims and tires installed on my 2017 Sierra Denali. Noticed the truck had a slight rub, took it back for a trim on the inner fender. Took care of my truck and any questions I had, zero problems, truck looks and drives amazing. Highly recommend!

My truck has 180k miles on it. I know it needs repairs which is why I took it to a shop to do the super dirty work that I am not inclined to attacking myself anymore. Being in the car business for the many years you come to rely on mechanics to do there jobs, like you would rely on a doctor. Some doctors are obviously better than other and that is the same case I have found here. When I had a knocking noise on the axle I knew it was a u-point and had these guys replace it. What they failed to do as mechanics is inform me of the worn out seals and bad fluid my differential had. While reinstalling the shaft the seals broke or were already broke before they removed the shaft. Not sure which but now I have oil all over my driveway and my vacuum locking hubs have a leak. Rented a vacuum pump to test the system and the o-rings around he hub are blown. I have talked to them several times now about the facts. No oil was on my driveway till after they swapped out parts. 4x4 worked perfectly before I dropped it off. What a good mechanic would have done is suggest replacement of these seals knowing I had over 100k and not knowing when the last time they were changed. I know the seals wear out but they were working before I dropped it off. If they were bad or they ripped them on installation I should've been notified at that time. More money for them and less time broke down waiting for my truck. This complete lack of excellence is surprising from such a well known shop.

Came for the FFL service. Josh is the FFL licensee. Due to their hours, it's possible your online order will not arrive on the expected delivery day. If Josh is not in the shop, then you won't get your transfer either, more waiting. But when I did finally meet up with him, the transfer was quick and I was only charged for 1 transfer since they all fit on the same form. This is top-notch service, and at the lowest price per transfer, I still will give this a 5 and come back despite all the drawbacks.

I was a mechanic at one time, I can't do it anymore. I can't say enough about how they took care of me they went so far above and beyond. They are the best shop I have ever dealt with and I worked for a few shops including Frietliner. They are nice polit and the easy to get along with. I appreciate them more that they will ever know.

Had to change review after taking my truck back in I think alittle q&a after every job go's a long way...had take truck in again relay was not secured harness to lights hanging down loose after getting home I ended up taking it another installer to go over job to insure proper installation I had other products I needed installed but now I'll think twice....

Great shop, I’d say it’s the best vehicle shop I’ve ever worked with. I reached out, told them what I wanted it done and it was no hassle. Then before my appt my truck decided to blow a transmission hose and they said no worries bring it in we’ll get that fixed too. Might I add I’m currently over seas and I’ve had no issues with them with communication or me having questions about the what’s getting done. Also great and fair pricing.
