A very good experience, they were friendly and courteous. My last oil change experience broke my dip stick where I can’t check my oil. They promised to fix it , but all they did was buy a dip stick. Been to 5 different places and no one would change my oil. 10,000 miles late I finally got a reputable place to have mercy and change my oil. Also replaces 2 filters that looked rough! It was $240, little pricey but hey when you’re taking care of my green machine, I don’t mind paying more for great service! I even tipped the employee Kevin a $20 for going the extra mile. I am a Correctional Officer just moved back to my hometown of Corpus Christi after 30 years away. Nice to see that people haven’t changed here. I drive 2 hour round trip each day to work and it wears on my car. I am proud to serve and protect the wonderful people down here. My experience will not soon be forgotten! A customer for life! The last oil change I did was with Grease Monkey. I had 40% life remaining when I started getting a low oil alert. Never had that happen to me with anyone else. Went back and they told me since I ran it low I need to get a flush done. An additional $25. Maybe it was a way to get me back sooner and pay more? I don’t know but what are the odds.

I went to get my oil check done. They were super friendly and helpful. Showed me that my oil level and oil appearance was good. I didn't need to change the oil yet. Love coming to this grease monkey only because Haelion always greets us when coming in he always takes care of all of our needs . Asks us if we need anything else we are happy customers leaving . He smiles and has great customer service unlike a lot of other places were the guys are rude and having bad days and show it at work. If you need an oil change I suggest you stop in here .

Don’t think that the coupons will drop price cause it doesn’t. They just jack the prices up then you pay there more than u do at the nice places and they do lots more for your buck. Oh and when I complain they call me bitching about what I said probley get a call again
