This Exxon is such a great place to take your vehicle for anything you need. They have done mechanical work on my Escape and just recently put néw tires on for me. The service is so personable, which is rare these days. I've recommended them to all of my friends.

Living 1100 miles away from your daughter is difficult, but it is always a comfort knowing that you have a reliable source to help when things go wrong, especially with vehicles. My daughter's vehicle had a problem with the A/C blowing cold on one side only. This was in August. After calling some sources, they recommended Thomas Exxon. I had her take it there and after it was said and done, the bill was significant. Long story short, she calls me in October and tells me that her car is having the same problem. Due to her work schedule and life in general, she finally was able to drop her car off Nov 19th. I received a quote from Thomas Exxon. To fix this problem, $560. Mind you, this was the same exact problem that she took it there for in August and should have been fixed for the $1300 I paid them. I am not often the person that writes reviews, but when things like this happen, I feel that it is important to let others know. A feeling of being taken advantage of miles away.

Walked in to set up an appt for oil change and was pleasantly surprised to find they could fit me in with a small waiting time. Wait time less than 30 minutes! Gilbert made me aware of the extras, $5 in gas and tires rotated, that are included with an oil change, and was even more surprised and very grateful! This is why I choose to bring my car here. I've been taking my truck to Thomas Exxon for ten years, and even now that I live outside of Corpus Christi, I always reach out to have my truck tuned up when need be. Given that I don't live locally, Cricket and Gilbert have gone above and beyond to provide me with estimates for pricing and the amount of time they'll need my truck to take care of the services I need. They've gone so far as to jump on three way calls with me and my dad to make sure everyone's in the loop about the work we're doing on my truck. Thomas Exxon is the best. Friendly, fast, honest. 3 things you don't typically say about your mechanic shop. This place is just different from the rest. They fit me in at the last minute, they fixed my problem, and did my jeep's service business within the small time frame I had that day. They rock... even the bad joke guy. 😁

I dropped of my car to get my engine light diagnostic test. I called the gas station and told them my car was in the parking lot.He never said it was $150 for the diagnostic test. The cashier said $150 when I went to pick it up.I ask what the problem was. He didn't know. Earlier that evening someone said he couldn't find thr problem...It was just a computer glitch. He reset the light. The light turn back the next day as I was heading to work. $150 down the drain and no answer..That is what I call easy money.
