I am a Mobile Mechanic and I have alot of business. I decided to make my part store everhart O'Reillys I noticed I call them and the don't answer their phones. it rings and rings so much that it goes to voicemail, the say their busy but I called their comperitor Autozone they answer the phone and their busy but have the courtesy to say "can I put you on hold" I'm with a customer, kinda nice at least autozone answers customer calls also O'Reillys everhart I've had bad experience like giving me the wrong prices over the phone And today when I was doing a brake job I setup at customers home removed the old brakes and opened the new box for brakes and they sold me some used old brakes haha kinda like a bad joke I let them O'Reillys what happen I told them I'm frustrated their worker said bring it back I hangup then the manager called back to let me know not to go to his store and told me to go to another store to get the parts and hangup , no apologies he didn't ask me if was the back or front ones I had to call back tell another employee which brakes where used brakes in the box , the customer asking what happen had to explain, o'reillys manager didn't have the courtesy to send a parts guy to my location in the bluff area where i was doing the brakes Just a total drag me driving around getting the parts waisted time lost other customer they were waiting after the brake job Idk if I will keep doing business with o'reillys I don't feel the love I don't if it's a corpus thing idk ๐

The part I wanted was small, less than 10$. However, I got the Deluxe effort from the gentlemen at the counter. The part wasn't on the shelf, they went search and recover mode, totally focused. Humor makes tough spots easier and they were funny in an appropriate, efficient way! These folks made my chore less of one! Thank you Dakota and Ross! Y'all were tops! It's the little things, humor and effort, will keep me telling my happy experience!

I stopped by the store on Everhart in Corpus Christi to purchase a new set of wiper blades. I was assisted by a pleasant young lady who looked up the type I needed for my auto. As I made the transaction, I commented "You install them , right? The other young male employee named "Mike", replied to my question with the remark, "If you say "please". Show some respect." The young lady without asking installed the wiper blades for me. I thanked her and told her that I respected her. At no time do I think that I showed any disrespect , no loud voice no demand, no cursing. Cost was $51.00. The sign outside advertised free installation of wiper blades. I saw it as I left . My first bad experience in an O REILLY store.

Iโm writing this review because of an employee by the name of Michael who helped me out with locating a part for my truck that I had only been able to buy at another parts store. He went above and beyond to help with finding it going as far as trading pictures on text messages with me to help out. I know employees shouldnโt do this but he did what he needed to do to take care of the customer and make sure I was taken care of which Iโm so grateful for cause I fixed it and was able to get my truck back home without having to leave it where it could have easily been broken into with all my tools inside of it, so Iโm grateful for him doing a really great job.

The manager that has no hair is very rude and disrespectful. They treat paying customers like we come in their store as criminals because he is probably used to being a criminal and they accuse people paying customers. Do not waste your time here very unprofessional business they will tell you they have a part and then when you come in, they donโt have it

Frank helped me out this morning! My car battery was dead, so I took it over to them, and he checked the battery out, and also checked out my alternator because the battery was only 2 years old. Alternator was fine! Iโm soooo thankful for him checking it out to rule it out. Best part was my battery was under warranty, and I got a new one in no charge! Oreilys has helped me out sooo many times. Whenever a code pops up I take it over there for them to check out on their code reader. Iโve also gone to a different auto shop that I wonโt name for this, BUT their code reader isnโt NEARLY as in depth as Oreilys is, so I made that mistake once and ever since taken it to Oreilys. Five stars all around, theyโre the best! Thanks again, Frank!!
