Unfortunately my car broke down at 5 pm which is not a great time . TC Automotive was great they sent a tow truck for my car which is a corvette so very low to the ground, so not 1 but 3 drivers showed up to insure it was properly loaded on the truck . Then it was fixed in a very timely manner . Unfortunately it was not covered by my extended warranty but I think a pretty fair price from what I can tell. That were great

Took in our truck because of a temperature sensor issue. They charge $160 just for a diagnostic which is already pricy and then quoted us $858 for a new coolant temperature sensor and to flush the coolant (and the diagnostic). Absolutely ridiculous. I will say they were nice about us declining their services when we came to pick it up.

Worked with, Benji Cole, at the welcome desk. He was courteous and friendly; he gave an honest estimate (1-2 days) of how long it would take to get my truck in for a diagnostic to pin point a noise and odor of fuel. The next day, he sent an initial email complete with pics and videos pertaining to several issues and recommendations to fix. Also, pinned down the main issue of noise and odor to a bad fuel pump and hose ring seal; along with the estimate to fix it. Picked up my truck the next day-excellent! I am very pleased with the open communication keeping me in the loop on what was needed and done. The professional and friendly treatment along with their clean and tidy lobby has made TC Auto my go-to auto service for future repairs.

I took a vehicle I was looking to purchase here for a pre purchase inspection and they missed some huge items. They didn't inform me of the loud road noise at 50 mph which ended up being control arms. If you're looking for a ppi I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a thorough inspection
