Had shudder problem on 2019 Chevy Colorado Z71 3.6L. Had them flush, filter change, and fill the transmission. This took care of problem. Excellent work and had it done fast. Dropped off Monday and done Next day Tuesday. Did not try to sell me anything else. Did what I told them to do. Thank again. Great work. Will take my vehicle there for future repairs. Counter people are awesome.

Had what I thought was transmission issue on my 2020 Silverado. Took it to Bay Auto and it was diagnosed that the transmission needed to be relearned/reprogrammed. Did not need a while new transmission after all. Truck is running smooth and back to normal. Avoided a big invoice! Bay Auto was quick, responsive and great price and service. I would definitely recommend them for any auto repair.

I’ll start by saying I’m very particular when it comes to my vehicles. Bay Auto is what mechanics used to be—locally owned, honest, and reliable. I was especially pleased to find that they can source and install OE parts for my older Toyotas. They also respect the vehicle itself—no greasy fingerprints on the door panels, no seat stains, no scuffed steering wheel—attention to detail that so many other shops overlook. Highly recommend. 10/10!

I had a wonderful experience with my Audi SQ5. Jason, our service manager, was courteous, knowledgeable, and provided upfront pricing on all services requested. They communicate by phone or text. They specifically provide updates, job estimates, etc. over text, which is very nice. The job on my car turned out to be extremely complicated, taking several days to diagnose an unusual knocking sound coming from my front suspension. To my pleasant surprise, they honored the original estimate. I think most auto repair shops, especially dealer repair shops, would have taken the opportunity to greatly inflate the cost. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their honoring their estimate. Another thing I noticed is that the employees actually seem to enjoy their job. Jason was very talkative and seemed to enjoy engaging with customers. And when I picked up my car, the mechanic was upfront, and I had a chance to talk to him as well, and he even seemed to enjoy his work. Jason and the mechanic seemed to genuinely appreciate my compliments of "great job." All-in-all, this was a very pleasant experience. I feel like I can trust them not to price gouge me just because I own an Audi, as well as to provide quality service. They have a new customer!
