Connor is absolutely amazing. My battery died and after being jump started by roadside assistance I called 7-8 places for price quotes on new batteries and they were outrageous. After researching online and calling Advance Auto Parts I discovered that they offered free battery testing and a free charge. Connor conducted the services for me, kept me up to date on the progress and gave me advice on what to look for in the future under my hood. Couldn't speak more highly of this store and their employees.

Sold me the wrong spark plugs, for a 2007 rav4, causing it to run rough, and backfire, do not buy delco spark plugs for the rav4!!!! I will not come here for spark plugs again since its clear i didnt get the righy ones from this person. And do not cheap out on spark plugs.

Not Only does Advance auto parts does free battery testing, but also free installation, alternator, starter, testing, and loaner tool sets.
