Dropped my car off at 3 for an oil change and reg inspection. Was told I would get a call at 5 to let me know if it would be ready by 6. No call. I called shortly after and was told it was not ready because it took longer. No problem. Next day I was sent a quote for some maintenance. I declined. I decided I wanted a price quote on tire repair. Sent request at 10:40. No response. Called no answer. Finally was able to get an answer and was told someone would call me with a quote. Over an hour later no call. Worst service I have gotten from BMW since 2016.

For years George Jaramillo has been my service advisor for my 2 previous BMWs and current BMW that I own. He is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Not only speaking from experience, but I've also witness his great customer service skills while he's interacting with other customers. George really goes out of his way to make sure his customers are satisfied with their entire experience. Keep up the outstanding work!

Their service department is horrible with communication. Took my car for a 745 appointment. I was told 3-4 hours and they will call with a diagnosis. I called from 1pm to 3pm to the service department with not one answered call. Ended up having to ask for the GM to get answers. Magically they now answered my call. Was told they still did not have a diagnosis after 7 hours. They sent a shuttle to pick up my wife and told her all of a sudden it was almost done, a couple more minutes. An hour and a half later they gave her the keys. Horrible customer service. Unfortunately they are the only BMW dealership close by.

I was just a little annoyed that the service advisor told me my car was out to wash and then he said he had them bring my car back in to check another item I had requested to be looked at. I was in the lobby the whole time and my car not once moved and I didn’t get the wash that he said it was out for. I like honest straight forward people and if they didn’t have time for these things just be honest about it instead of making things up in my opinion.

George, my service tech did an excellent job. They used a ‘video inspection’ technique to diagnose my BMW’s issue. They quickly repaired the hydraulic leak, and had my car washed and ready faster than projected. I was on my way back to Austin ahead of schedule. Outstanding!

We purchased a brand new BMW X5 from Sarah Salinas at BMW Corpus Christi. My husband and I were BLOWN away with her knowledge and overall professional service. Once we arrived at the dealership we walked in and Sarah immediately acknowledged us, she asked us if we had any idea what we wanted to which we didn’t know. She asked all the right questions, narrowed down some options and literally within 4 hours we were driving off the lot with our dream car. During our time the manager came over to introduce himself and made us feel welcomed. We never sat by ourselves for hours waiting which is what our experiences have been in the past with other dealerships. Our finance manager was Lupe and again, was an absolute pleasure and veteran. We will now be BMW owners for life and will only want the pleasure of working with Sarah.

My Z-4 had been sitting in a garage for an extended period, and the dreaded check engine light was on. The staff at BMW of Corpus Christi were extremely helpful and professional, and after diagnostic and repairs, the car is “good as new” for a reasonable price! I would have given five stars, but it was difficult to contact them by phone for updates due to what seemed to be a shortage of administrative staff. My service contact, George, was great!

I had very good experiences with this dealership until last week when I scheduled an appointment to replace my windshield that had a big rock chip in it. I called to schedule an appointment a week prior and the operator was very happy to help me, she took all of the information down, what seemed like on the phone, she told me that she will let my advisor know that I’ll be coming to replace the windshield. I was sure that the windshield was already ordered and in stock or if it wasn’t someone would notify me. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership, when I got to my appointment, my advisor told me that he had no idea I’ll be replacing the windshield because in his notes it said scheduled for service and nothing else, he went to check on the windshield and then informed me that they didn’t have it. I was absolutely speechless, he said they couldn’t do anything else for me at the moment to make things right. He put some gas into my car after I mentioned that I had to drive for an hour and a half to get their just to be turned around and having to go back.

Best sales Experience. While returning a vehicle from another dealer that immediately had issues, I saw a vehicle I like at BMW CC. When I called to see if it was still available Zach was quick to confirm it was there and had someone ready to show it once I arrived. The entire process from when I arrived to when I left with the vehicle was under 2 hours. Everyone there went above and beyond and was awesome. If you are looking for an honest dealer with great cars look no further!

I took my vehicle in for service to preform a wheel alignment, brake fluid service, and state inspection. The service advisor was great, friendly, and communicative. The only reason why I didn’t give a full five star review is due to the fact that I wasn’t provided a loaner vehicle, since they are two weeks out. It would have made my experience way more convenient. However I will be going back for more service on my vehicle! Rocky in parts is awesome and is always taking care of customers like me. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact them as they will provide you with communication, and answer all your questions.

Big thanks and props to Robert Trevino at this dealership. He really went out of his way to help me get my car back and made sure I was informed every step of the process. We stayed in touch through phone calls and emails, plus he took the time to follow up and make sure nothing was missed, even though it was his day off. He coordinated with Roadside Assistance, going back and forth to make sure my issue was resolved as quickly as possible. I could easily tell by his tone he cares about customer experience and how to show empathy when it comes to a problem of your own. I really appreciate the effort he put in during my tough situation, thanks to Robert I had my car back!!! Btw Scott at this location is someone you dont feel like or want talking to. He is condescending, sarcastic and dry, but Robert is the opposite, big thanks!!
