I had my vehicle serviced there in August. After a few days, I had having the same issues as before. I took my vehicle back. They claim to have checked it and claimed it was fine. They claimed the check engine light was showing a different code completely unrelated to what was serviced. I left and returned a few days latter with the same issues that were supposed to be fixed when I had my vehicle serviced. Again, they claimed it was running fine. I had family medical issues out of town aad to travel to be with my family. Halfway through the trip the check engine light came on again. (It was on the last time I took it in and they apparently just cleared it to shut me up.) After spending a few days with my family I called the dealership again asking to speak to a service manager. I was transferred to Alicia Tamez. After leaving several voicemails for her throughout the week of September 8-12, 2025 that went unreturned I called again asked if there was someone above her that I could speak to. I was transferred to Aaron Darling (that's what I understood his name to be), who is supposedly the service director. I left him several voicemails that same weekas well, and those went unreturned as well. On Friday, September 12th I called again and the female that answered informed me that Alicia was on vacation and asked if she could help. How long Alicia had been on vacation at that point, I don't know. I told the female my issue and she offered zero assistance. I waited a whole week, last week, expecting a phone call from someone and I have yet to receive one. So here I am still stranded out of town with nobody at the dealership trying to remedy the problem. I paid for a service. I had the same reoccurring issue so I took the vehicle in several times and seem to have just been given the run around. They refuse to remedy the situation even though the code showing shows the same part that was "replaced" initially. Sad that they don't seem to care at all about their customers.

Edilberto Navarro was excellent in making sure my car was serviced and taken care of properly. He was upfront, honest, and backed up his word. Because of him I am now trusting AutoNation Ford with the repairs on my car due to the recent hail storm damages that occurred.

Always take care of me whether it’s my fleet truck or personal vehicle. Robert always makes me feel welcomed and very responsive when I asked for updates. Whether they drop me off at my house or bring my vehicle to the house, Reagan always has a smile and always willing to help.

The service department and my tech Bobby Jack was excellent, but the cost of service sky rocketed. In the past we have been paying an average of $65 for the Ford "The Works" and it is now over $100. You have priced the package out of my budget,

I am so very thankful for Autonation Ford in Corpus Christi. After trying to get a recall situation resolved at another local Ford dealer to no avail, Autonation stepped up to take care of the recall. And due to it being a safety recall, where the vehicle may not have been safe to drive, Autonation provided a rental vehicle so I wouldn't be stranded without a vehicle. Their service department was very helpful and instrumental in getting me back on the road. I appreciate their professionalism and I continue to stand by my Ford Truck! Thank you Adrianna and the rest of the crew.

Had an appointment for 09:30. Washington told it was going to be two hours (for an oil change) so I took the shuttle to the mall. Got picked up around 12:00. Got in my truck, and there's oil all over the steering wheel and shifter, as if the tech drove it or moved it with gloves still on. Reviewed my invoice, and there's a charge for windshield washer fluid, which I asked my rep to top off...since I could no longer talk to my rep, I asked the rep at the desk about it. He said it wasn't fluid, but some sort of anti-ice fluid added (didn't ask for that)...absolutely frustrated and exhausted, I left. About 1/2 home (the day's now shot) I came to the realization that if ANY fluid was added to my truck, the light would go off. Pulled into a parking lot and lifted the hood (with oily fingerprints clearly present on the hood) to find ZERO evidence of anything added to the windshield washer port...no fingerprints, and no was the fill cap was removed. Also found oil all over the engine bay...on the plastics, on the hoses, etc. took over three hours to clean up everything at home. All I wanted was an honorable repair/maintenance dealership.

My experience was terrible. We came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation on Monday. As soon as I left and I got on the highway I started hearing a clunking noise from under my car. My husband was driving behind me and saw something hanging down from the underside of my car and that it was scraping the road and making sparks. We got off the highway and stopped to look under my car and saw that the front end of the skid plate was hanging off. We called the service department at Ford and they said to come back the next morning and they’ll take care of it. In the meantime we put a couple zip ties around the skid plate so it wouldn’t drag on the road on the way back to Ford. We come in the next morning and explain the situation to the service man Robert Flores and he says they’ll take care of it. We get our car back 15 minutes later and Robert says the car is ready to go and that we don’t need to do anything. We drive the car to the side parking lot and check under the car and see that NOTHING was taken care of. The zip ties we put on the skid plate the night before to hold it up were still on the skid plate and no bolts were put in to secure the plate. My husband drove the car back to the service station and told Robert that nothing was fixed. Robert then gives the excuse of the plate falling down from “normal wear and tear” and that it happens with “older cars.” My car is only 5 years old (2020 Ford Fusion) so that excuse made no sense. Robert also said that they don’t even go through that part of the car to get to the oil to change it… That is false! The skid plate needs to be removed in order to change the oil. Robert then said they will not be giving us a free skid plate… WE NEVER ASKED FOR A NEW/FREE SKID PLATE! All we asked is for the skid plate to be fixed! Bolted back up instead of using the zip ties my husband put on and thinking that’s good enough and giving the car back to us saying it’s fixed! Robert finally took the car back and about 30 minutes later the car came back with bolts in the skid plate and everything was fixed and secured in place like it should have been when I left Ford the first time the day before! All of this could have been avoided if they had just done their job in the first place and put the bolts back in the skid plate when they were done changing the oil! No one at Ford ever apologized to us or acknowledged their mistake. Instead they lied to us, accused us of trying to get a free part from them, and were lazy about fixing their mistakes. Robert Flores was awful to deal with and extremely rude and unprofessional. I will gladly not be returning here.

Had an appt on a Monday, dropped it off early the Friday before. They didn't get to my car until the following thurs/Friday. Requested updates, kept getting told "they are putting it back together now." Towards the end of the month of my truck being there and repairs were apparently completed, I asked for the exact total with taxes. I was told it wouldn't be more than $X. But it definitely was over, he tried to lie and said that's the amount he told me but that was wrong I have it in our conversation via text. I requested that they detail my vehicle and was assured that it would be. Upon pickup it was not detailed at all, I had to leave at return again in the evening. Upon inspection my vehicle was terribly detailed, they even left me an empty redbull can. See images. Lastly my tire now has a huge screw in it that I need to get repaired, most likely from the construction at their site. This was not an issue when I had dropped it off. I gave 2 stars bc he did fill up my truck for the inconvenience of having to come back and pick up my truck a second time.

Chris was very professional, fun guy to buy a car from. Made my first experience very enjoyable. I had a deal with different dealership I canceled because they couldnt be upfront with the service the truck needed. Chris was very upfront. No run around. Called me and updated me everyday on service and financing. Over all earned my business. We left very happy with a deal and truck of our dreams! Definitely ask for Chris if your like me and have no patience for games when it comes to big purchases. Thanks for everything

Be extremely careful with this dealership. They had my truck for 13 days and I had a warranty claim. They tried to get me to pay several times and I refused because it was warranty. I finally had to speak to management who knew I was right. After knowing that I was right concerning my warranty they decided to play games and couldn’t find my keys. I actually had an AirTag and told them the keys were in the truck! Then they wouldn’t let me leave until the warranty company paid them so I continued to wait after it had been with them for 13 days. Probably the worst experience I have ever had. They seriously should be reported to Ford. I would recommend people stay away from this company. They go out of their way to inconvenience you if you didn’t buy your vehicle from them. If you’re passing through and need Ford service, find another dealer!

Appointment scheduling and drop off were super easy. They also delivered the vehicle to my house at the end which was super helpful. Unfortunately after having my vehicle for a week, they didn’t complete any of the tasks on my truck, refused to call me back with updates and put a small dent in the hood. Called the manager the following Monday. She said she would talk to the tech and call me back in an hour or two- that was a week ago.

Staff took great care of my car and me. They were efficient and notify me of every step. My car was there this time for 2 months due to a computer issue that could not get resolved until a special update was done by the engineers directive. I thank the local technicians and the customer service rep. Got my car back. I am happy. I appreciate them. Thank you, Raquel G Askew

It took me awhile to do this. Like before on my last 3-4 services it was not a good experience truck def was not refilled and regular oil was used unlike I requested and technician said in video tires where good and I have a cupping issues going on since prior services. I must say one positive thing about the service department is that Alicia the manager seems to be concerned about the issues I have had and is the only reason I return, but now after this last service im truly not comfortable with the people there preforming maintaining my truck anymore.

First, no one wants to put a vehicle in the shop. You worry about price and timelines and all sorts of things. But let me tell you, Adrianna was great! She kept me informed along the way. When there was a problem getting the part from Ford, she was upfront about it. Could not recommend her enough. The guys that dropped my vehicle off for me after the repairs were very professional. They were prompt and made sure that the truck was in the same condition as when I dropped it off. Great Job AutoNation Ford!
