They have no concept of how to treat potential customers. Whomever answered the phone was rude, unprofessional, making assumptions, condescending. They told me one thing and two seconds later rescinded the statement without even attempting to hear my needs as a customer or understand my situation. I will not be spoken to in that manner, nor should any other customer or potential customer.

DISHONEST. I was quoted $1,100 for 2 parts to be replaced and labor. They claimed the parts were not available locally, I called OReillys where the parts were under warranty and they had the parts on-hand. I took my vehicle to Leroy and Richard’s and was informed that only 1 of 2 parts needed to be replaced…at $375 total…$725 less/savings.

Thank you so much guys, y’all did an awesome job on my wife’s vehicle. When she got an estimate at the Toyota Dealership to fix her rusted rooftop of her vehicle, they gave her a price of 3060.00. Franks employees are honest and went beyond what I expected. Great customer Sevice and experience. By the way, Frank only charged me 350.00 , my wife and I are beyond happy, thank you again!!!!!!

I just got my 03 Ford Explorer worked on here and they did a excellent job. Got my vehicle back in a timely manner and everybody was very nice. Frank explained everything that needed to be done and showed me exactly what was wrong. Highly recommend oh and Jamee the front desk girl is awesome.. Friendly, fast services and they know their stuff! Also, very reasonable pricing. I came in with a vague description of this floppy thing making noise under my car and they immediately new what I was talking about and took my car in. The service was done in less than 20 minutes and I was able to drive away safely and happily without a big ding to my wallet. It’s always scary going to a car shop but the staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful! This shop has an old school vibe inside and they use handwritten paper receipts so it will be quicker to pay cash instead of card to have an easier time with checking out. I noticed that they do not do state inspections anymore.

When I cant fix it myself, I take my vehicle to Frank's Port Ayers Garage. I have been doing so for the last 18 years. Mainly mechanical work but some bodywork as well. My wife just had mechanical and bodywork done to her Frontier and is was thrilled with the work done. 😆She walked right by it in the Garage's front parking area when we were picking it up and didn't realize it was her truck.
