To be honest Frank and his team are very professional, respectful and honest. Frank offered to do the best for our car, and he was telling us what was the problem, and what he could do and how much it would cost prior starting his work. We are new here in south Texas, we are living in Alice, but whatever our car needs definitely we will refer to him, in order to be fixed. My son brought his vehicle here for transmission issues that were specifically mentioned from the start and this place was recommended by a mobile mechanic for that specific issue that we had paid this mobile mechanic to go to the place the vehicle stalled at, after paying a full $891, all they did was replace his battery, a battery cable and terminal, motor and transmission mounts and fixed his ignition that supposedly was bad. After the quote was paid and the car was given back, he test drove it and realized the same issue he took it in for to begin with was still happening (the shift gear was hard and sticking), they never fixed the issue only stating after payment that they don’t do transmission work there. If the main issue was mentioned from the beginning, I don’t see why that issue wasn’t fixed or why we weren’t told upfront. It’s hard to find a decent and honest mechanic around corpus. We now have the vehicle at a corporate business even though we are pro small business.

The worst customer service. When asked a simple question, response was "don't look at me side eye." What? when asked why didn't you check a warning light on the panel and why didn't you bring it to my attention? Exact quote: Lights come on all the time. You didn't ask me to look at that. Not true, just trying to weasel way out. It was a pretty important, safety related issue. AND car died again. BUT NEVER taking it back there!

I went to high school with Frank and saw he had his own shop so I thought let me try this out. Overall my experience was freaking amazing and the employees are very friendly as well. My car runs like never before, big shout out to the guys that worked on my car. And Frank it was a pleasure doing businesses with you. If you want AWESOME SERVICE & QUALITY WORK done on your car this is the place to be!!! My son’s Jeep Renegade broke down ,,, we had Jeep towed there near closing time & the Jeep was ready togo by noon the following day!!!! IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR FIXED THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO !!!!! Frank the owner was extremely helpful and CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING!!!! Frank suggested to leave my car at shop to stay in line for repairs. I dropped my car off literally an hr before shop was closing for the day. Next morning my car was up on the carlift, and by noon i recieved a call from frank saying my car was ready. He told me to go get an allignment ASAP, took my car to discount tires to get new tires as well. Disount tires mentioned to me saying we noticed you just had everything replaced that needed replacing before car would have passed allignment. 👍🏼Ladies and gentleman if your looking for an honest and straight to the point with no runarounds, i suggest coming here for all automotive needs.
