I bought my first car from Love when I moved to Corpus. I had recommended to a friend to check them out when he was looking for a new Truck. I just found out he has only had the vehicle no more than two weeks, and it has already had something wrong that will cost over $1300. When he brought the vehicle back to have it fixed they would not take care of it and pretty much told him he was on his own. This is not the way someone should do business after paying what he did for the vehicle, paying the outrageous interest rate, and then insult to injury not take care of something that most likely they were aware of when selling the vehicle. If you are thinking of buying a car from Love I would think twice because I know I will not do business again.

I called up Love Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to ask about an appointment to get my RAM 3500 serviced as we had been traveling from NY doing work with Habitat for Humanity’s here in Alice, and also working with NOMADS in Sinton Texas. I very pleased that no appointment was necessary, as they do oil changes on first come first serve basis. The service department was very kind, also tended to a needed safety bulletin and I am very pleased with the attention to detail and the friendly service! Thank you to the whole team!!

Do not go to this place, they will do everything to pressure you into buying a vehicle. Both I and my wife looked for a vehicle and they asked for our keys to see how much they would appraise for a trade in value, only for them to place them in the back of their office and detain us. They stated that they could not let us leave until we finished the paper work even though we were not interested in purchasing a vehicle that day. My patience was beginning to thin out and luckily they gave me our keys back because I felt I was literally be held against my own will since they also locked the doors too, say that it was already close to closing. However I maintained my frustration from acting out in anger. This place really pressured us into signing for a new vehicle and was trying to intimidate us by holding our keys and refusing to give them back. Very unprofessional, I really hope the sales woman and manager are no longer there. This was a couple of years back, and barely posting a review now. I just thought I'd share since I've also heard more bad things about this place. In conclusion, both I and my wife ended up finding the same vehicle at a better price located at the End Hicks Nissan pre owned lot. Just goes to show that there are better deals and sales staff that actually treat you professional and are helpful and polite thought-out the process. This place seems very desperate to make a sale and will do anything necessary to get a sale.

Salesman will blame you for a bait and switch if you miss their phone call. Be ready to argue. There was no need for that last message from Nico. I can shop around, no problem. I had to block my salesguy :(

Whether your buying or selling I recommend giving these guys the opportunity to earn your business. I sold my 2 Dr Jeep JK to them last spring and I just bought my 4 Dr Jeep unlimited at a good price and I love it. Robert (I think he’s the sales manager) is a Jeep guy. Nico was the salesman who helped me check it out. Their finance guy was top notch. I don’t often give raving reviews; especially for car dealerships because I honestly expect to waste a day and be lied to. But not here. I was in and out in under 2 hours. They’ve earned my business!!

I did not buy a vehicle from Love, but I would have if it had been the right car. Our salesman James was helpful, kind, and polite and gave us a great deal on a vehicle and a good offer on our trade-in sight unseen. We ended up finding a vehicle that better fit our needs elsewhere, but were very impressed with James and the Love business. Unlike some other dealers in the area, Love does not tack on additional dealer accessories or hit you with surprise additional costs. They perform their business with honesty and integrity. I would recommend buying from this dealer if you find the right car for you there.

Service Department sucks. The vehicle has been there for 5 months now and still not able to fix it and it’s so hard to reach your service manager. Very disappointed on y’all’s after-sales services. It was bought July and broke down January. We brought it to Corpus location when it broke down and when we called to follow-up after a month y’all did not even do anything to it. Y’all just let it sit in the dealership. Y’all need to better your communication system and customer service. Y’all cannot even diagnose the issue of the vehicle except telling that you will just keep putting mileage on it to see what the problem is. If my vehicle is running fine, I need it. I won’t let y’all put 1000 miles on it. Have called y’all last week that I will come pick it up but you have not even taken initiative to bring it to Corpus location. It was supposed to be picked-up yesterday and you’re telling us that it’s still in Alice? And have asked if it can be there tomorrow? And the answer was so vague that we still need to call tomorrow afternoon and that it can “POSSIBLY” be there. Seriously? You need to give a certain answer. You have the vehicle for too long.

Great experience buying from Julio. The truck we chose hadn't been through their complete inspection yet, so even after putting our down payment down, we still had to wait over a week to get the truck. This probably wouldn't have been too much of an issue, except they kept telling us it was so the could clean the truck. But they didn't. The inside storage boxes and console were filled with dirt and trash. Even when they called to tell us it was ready we still had to wait an hour. .The finance manager worked to get us a deal that fit our budget so that was unusual and definitely appreciated. I would recommend them to others, hopefully they see this an improve their guest facing communication.

Worst experience ever brought a truck Frm there haven’t had for at least 7month an it’s been hell an all I get is excuses and finger pointing 1. Truck has no 2% break life don’t wanna fix it 2. Truck had 2 bad tires told them an the response I got was so stupid it holds air so it’s good when yu can see the tire is rotted out 3. Something wrong with my fuel system don’t wanna fix it 4. Electric problem 5. Now my def system Call a talk to them they tell me will it’s a used vehicle I get that. Then I ask him did yall service the truck yal had for 2day. Nothing was said

I’m only giving one star because if there was a place for me to put negative stars, that is what I would put to start off the sales management Margaret is very unprofessional. She doesn’t have proper phone etiquette and she calls her customers liars when in all actuality, she doesn’t do her fact check and she’s a liar herself to be a first time car buyer this was my son worse and last experience. Dealing with the love Chrysler.For a car not over $10,000 and for them to lie and cut his car off before his first monthly payment is ridiculous to me and they lied about that “ we can’t cut cars off here” but as soon as we leave the dealership the car some how turns on !!. So is it a lemon your company is selling me or u do have GPS KILL SWITCH?.
