Fantastic, friendly, and professional service! The owner at Brake Time really made sure my Honda CRV was well taken care of. I got all 4 brake pads replaced, my rotors were checked to make sure they were still in great condition, 3 caliper pins were unfrozen, and he even removed a spiders nest for me free of charge! Will definitely be coming here for other services in the future.

Roy was fast and efficient, I had brakes and rotors on the front axle changed out on two of my vehicles. He even caught a a major discrepancy on the front calipers of the first vehicle, where a silicone based lube was used instead of grease . He cleaned out all the harden silicone on the caliper and made it fully functional again for a minimum additional cost. I will be definitely coming here again.

I am a very cautious and skeptical person by nature, but I will tell you as soon as I walked in to Braketime Auto, I picked up on a very calm atmosphere. When I first met Roy, I could instantly tell I made the right choice. I explained my concerns and he took to it right away. I’m always willing to learn new things and while he was working, he took the time to show me what was going on with my brakes. After he took the car for a little drive check, he gave me some recommendations as to what the car might need in the future. He was genuine, honest and very knowledgeable, he did not try to “oversell” any services at all. I left feeling like I left a friend’s house. I will definitely be taking my vehicles there for any future brake service.

When I was looking for a brake shop online I found Brake Time Auto. When I saw there were all 5 star reviews I was skeptical but I read through some of them and decided to give them a chance. I was impressed to say the least. It was nice for a change to actually have someone take a look at your brakes and tell you what you need without trying to get as much money out of you as they could. I came in needing new rotors and brake pads on both axles, and Roy was extremely honest from the start. He gave me a much better price than another shop in town and clearly explained what needed to be done without trying to upsell anything. He was efficient and had the entire job finished in just a few hours. On top of everything, he also cleaned and treated the wheel hubs before putting everything back together. I really appreciate the the honesty and extra care, and I'll definitely be coming back for future service.
