This place is the worst. I made an appointment for an oil change, and that would have been fine but the two people working the desk are slow and indifferent to the customers. Other customers were wandering around wondering why everything was taking so long and my truck sat outside for over a half hour before another service rep checked my out and gave me my keys. I can't pinpoint what the exact problem is at AutoNation except that management and staff are just there for a paycheck and feel no need to worry about the customers or what anyone is doing. That's the last time I visit this dealer for anything. It's also a little tacky to have people at the dealership selling their wares like some kind of flea market but that's another complaint for another day. If you come here, you will be disappointed and probably a little angry.

Quick oil change scheduled at 11:40. When I got there the service person told me they would not start service on my carport 1 1/2 to 2 hours. It was clear he was trying to get me to leave. After almost a 3 hour wait I received a video saying I need new filters and someone would be with me soon. No one ever came i then got a text 20 minutes later saying my car was ready. Car cleaning was not offered, no paper mats were used, radio/seat settings/ac settings/car mode were all changed. The worst vehicle service I've ever experienced.

I’ve always had a great experience at Autonation Toyota when having my vehicle serviced. Julian and Troy were the service advisors on my last couple of visits in December 2025. They were courteous, professional and very helpful with my service needs. They kept me updated on the services with texts and phone calls. Autonation Toyota is a great place to have your vehicle serviced!

Had an appointment at 10 am for an oil change. They of course tried to sell my husband other stuff that ''needed" to be done. He asked for a tire balance & rotate. They kept him there for 5 hours! I'll be finding a place locally from now on to service my 4Runner. It's past all the warranties & such since it has 61,000 miles anyway. 5 hours is ridiculous for what was done.

Got my oil changed ; left with a leak that was supposedly from previous oil change. I had NO leak at ALL until now &A Steady Drip At that . The Manager (JUsTIn ) Stated the drain plug was covered with sealant from previous &Looked “Weird“ but didn’t bring to my attention until 2 hours when I asked (Christian ) what was going on . They didn’t notice leak until after they finished the oil change when the oil was practically shooting out . Now trying to charge me $1900 to fix what the Previous did ??? They didn’t charge for oil change BUT my vehicle is now Not DRIVeABLE ! I’ve called back several times with no answer from Justin &Supposably no one is above him to help me !!

Had my first oil change and service, my service agent was Eli and he was great He kept me posted about my car, even the technician sent a video of my car. So far I'm satisfied with the service I received. Plus it was all done in an hour!

From the moment I walked in, I was met by a very rude individual named Mary Jo. When I spoke with her, she was short and dismissive, questioning my vehicle drop-off in a way that made me feel like I was bothering her rather than being helped. Her facial expressions reinforced that impression. After briefly gathering my information, she pointed me toward my service attendant, Julian. After my vehicle was dropped off, the issue could not be identified, and I was simply advised to spend $1,000 to replace brakes that were still in good condition. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, my service attendant was nowhere to be found. I avoided engaging with Mary Jo, as she looked at me and appeared to deliberately avoid any interaction. After waiting several minutes, another service attendant noticed I hadn’t been helped and stepped in to assist me. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t end there. They were unable to locate my vehicle because it had been incorrectly tagged, causing additional delay and frustration. Overall, this was a disappointing and unprofessional experience

The service center at AutoNation Toyota is great! We have always been treated well even when they seem to be completely flooded with people and work. They deal with you honestly too. Once they made a mistake while working on one of our previous vehicles and they were upfront to tell us what happened and how they were going to correct the issue. I only get my Toyota's serviced here.

I have a grand highlander with only 3,400 miles. While driving, it started giving us signal alarm that we had to take it to the dealership. We made an appointment to take to Autonation Toyota. Took the Highlander on Friday. Monday next week, they still have not touch it. Thursday when I called, then I’ve been told there was nothing wrong. They didn’t even call to tell me that my vehicle has been looked at already.

Experiences are mostly positive except with a few service managers. This has happened many times before. Yesterday, brought in a car for 10,000 mile maintenance. Service manager said it would be 1 to 1-1/2 hrs. 2 hrs later, with no update, went looking for service manager. Told service manager was at lunch; would be back in an hour. Was I supposed to wait another hour for them to return? Asked if someone else could provide update, etc. This person told me car was ready and helped me check-out. If waiting for service, watch the time and ask questions if too much time has passed.

Xzalver Sims, helped me with my Navagtion Systems, I was concerned with screens popping up while driving. He did an excellent Job, I was so impressed with his knowledge. When I purchased my 2025 Highlander in March 2025. The assistant that helped me took about 1.5 hours to set up my navigation and camera he had many issues and I felt bad, i felt like i was wasting his time. XZAVLER SIMS, took about 20 minutes to fix the 2 problem with Navagation screen and Camera and explained in a simple way that I understood. I appreciate him so much and hope Totoyta appreciates him as much as I did. Toyota i hope you never lose this Genius. Marga Rosales

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Customer service SUCKS. DONT waste time making an appointment for an oil change, you’ll NEVER be in/out. Appointments take 3-4 HOURS. Mechanics don’t know how to re-set oil change alert and if they mess up something on your vehicle, the mgr says, “oh that didn’t happen here, it must have been after you left” 😡😡😡 I will NOT return again.

My service advisor was Julian and he was amazing! I called to inform him that I was running a little late and he was so kind and understanding. He didn't make me reschedule and said he would still work me in and ensured that I will still be able to get my oil changed. When I arrived, he greeted me and was very attentive. He offered me coffee and asked if I needed a shuttle ride anywhere. Julian had exceptional customer service!! He was so sweet and so kind and even wished me a Happy Thanksgiving when I left.

I don't ever do reviews, but since this is my third visit to the service and I've had issues each time. I'm going to do one now. First time it was for a battery and the service rep quote me the wrong price in the beginning and still installed it and then charged me the new higher price after they installed it. Second visit was for a car radio and I missed a call from the service rep 4 hours after I took it in, he was calling to tell me that it was done. But when I called back, he never answered until another three hours later. Turning my half day into full day with no car. Third trip was for a oil change and tire rotation. The service rep told me it should not be more than 2 hours so I waited in the waiting area. Never saw the service rep until 3 and half hours later and did not get done until 4 hours. FYI each of these visits were with a different service rep each time.

3 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change is absurd. I made an appointment for 7:40 am. I was waiting for 20 minutes until the service advisor, Mary Jo, came to check me in. She didn't introduce herself, or apologize for the delay, she simply let out a sigh and said, "how can I help you?" She already seemed to be in a bad mood. Sharply told me it would be a while because they didnt have the jeep oil filter and would have to get it from the dealership or from an autozone. Told her that was fine and we went inside. She asked when I purchased the vehicle and I let her know it had been about 3 months and she rudely asked, "you already drove over 10,000 miles since then?" After that I received no updates until 9:30 am. I saw a video that the technician uploaded to the link they send you saying the oil was already changed. I then received zero updates for the next hour. I received a call after I messaged asking where my car was and they said they would look into it. I didn't get my car until 11 am.

Auto center here wasted my gas an time twice on my days off . Ordered a part everything seemed cool told me to return next day . I did nothing came in they said an told me to return 2 days later it will be here for sure he said .... here I am agian driveing across town for them to tell me agian oh its not here we had trouble with the gun scanning items in today an some scanned in an some dident they told me .... I expressed to the man how ive drove twice already across town not even mad just telling him this is a major bummer an whole time he couldn't even look me in my eyes just on the computer clicking away some yunger kids chuncky . I asked him well he maybe I can get a toyota hat or something on the house for this inconvenience... bro just chuckles an says nahh I cant do that still glazed off at the computer screen ..... cant stand what this world has come to. Do better on your hiring process an get people that have a soul an compassion. Do better toyota do better for your community an your brand . I guess a 10$ hat is to much to ask for but asking me to drive across town twice promising a part to be here isn't i guess they think my gas is free an my time is free also im sorry im not buying a 2026 toyota im just trying to get parts for my 2012 to keep it on the road but I guess they dont want that or arnt gonna go out of there way for that . I guess thats why they have12 salesmen on the parking lot an front lobby but 2 men for the parts desk..... if that doesent tell you the agenda there pushing idk what else does. All this could have been avoided by just tossing me a hat for my wasted gas an time or atleast makeing eye contact with me makeing me feel like a peasant tha ks toyota !!!

We had our Kia serviced recently, and I can't say enough good about my experience! Bea, the greeter, was absolutely a delight, and offered me the yummiest Chai tea, and had a smile and personality that helped me feel welcome and right at home! Steve, EJ and Dylan are so helpful, kind and courteous. They went absolutely above and beyond by keeping us informed about our car, and they keep our vehicle in tip top shape! I can't say enough about Shaw Kia and their employees. It was a bit frightening to buy our first car from a car lot, but we will forever be grateful for buying one here!
