Traveling 1000+ miles with our young children we ran into tire problems while sightseeing, and went into panic , being so far from home. Goodyear auto service on South Padre Island drive was the first place we went and they’re the best. Mike inside immediately directed us to a bay, then Orlando discussed with us and went through filling and checking ALL of our tires. We went to pay and Mike told us they would not be charging us. Absolute awesome humans, thank you to Mike, Orlando, and the rest of the Goodyear team for getting us on our way!!

I can’t express enough gratitude to the team at Goodyear, especially Orlando, the store manager, and Blanca his assistant manager, for the exceptional care and service they provided to me and my children during our recent vacation to Corpus Christi. When my alternator failed, things became stressful very quickly — especially being far from home with the kids. I arranged for my car to be towed - but it was mistakenly delivered to AutoNation Honda instead of Goodyear. That alone was frustrating and took up most of our day. To make matters worse, after speaking with the towing company to try and resolve the issue, AutoNation Honda informed me they had no idea the car was even on their lot — and they had no keys to my vehicle. This is where I broke down and I completely lost hope. Despite the confusion and inconvenience, Orlando went personally to AutoNation Honda to retrieve my vehicle and get it to the correct shop so repairs could finally begin. He handled the situation with urgency, professionalism, and so much care. Orlando and Blanca went the extra mile to make sure my children and I were safely transported to our hotel while the repairs were being completed. They showed true kindness and compassion, and made us feel completely taken care of during a very uncertain time. Thanks to their quick and efficient service, we were safely back on the road in no time and able to continue our trip with peace of mind. I’m truly grateful for the way they treated us — like family — and I highly recommend this Goodyear location to anyone looking for honest, dependable, and heartfelt service. Thank you Orlando! Alright, this Goodyear Auto Service center is top notch! I’ve been to the other one on Everheart and they are also pretty amazing. Well, both the tech was awesome Mr. Michael, Manny, and the Jefe Don Orlando Siva is no BS kinda guy and will tell you straight up what needs to be done. Carmax did cover this under warranty so luckily I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for the tires; but I did Opt. for the Road Hazard warranty since you can never be too careful and covered!

I bought an air compressor so I could start adding air to my tires myself. With the cold weather they needed some air. I didn't really read the directions on the new compressor as it seemed simple enough. Anyway, I must have done something wrong because my tires were losing pressure instead of filling up and the tires were making a strange sound. They are practically new Nitto Grapplers. Rather than mess with it all day I just took my truck to Goodyear today and the tires are fine and they filled them up for me. I went to check out, and the young lady just smiled and said, "No charge" and handed me a bill for $0.00. I said, "Let me pay you something for your trouble." She just said, "No, Sir. We didn't do anything so there is no charge." I'll tell you what. If I ever need any service that Goodyear provides from now on, they are my guys. I'll never go to another tire shop and if they do routine maintenance, I'll never go to another dealership. They earned a loyal customer today. I was in and out in 45 minutes too. Thank you, Goodyear.
