Debbie who handled my repairs was awesome! She kept me informed throughout the entire process giving me updates on all the major milestones and possible delays (which never happened). They promised my vehicle by the end of the week and actually delivered that promise early. I was nothing, but impressed and happy. Debbie made the entire process of having my vehicle repaired bearable. I would recommend this shop and Debbie specifically to anyone who asked!

Front staff was awesome and the repair was completed. The employee attached to my claim and repairs did not return my calls or text. She also gave me a pickup day of late Friday afternoon after calibration and a wash. I didn’t get to pick my car up until the following Tuesday afternoon. It cost me four additional car rental days.

I talked to the very nice receptionist up front about my son’s situation. I explained to her that I want him to get his truck back so he can have a reliable vehicle and told her I only had the $350.00 and she understood my situation of not letting my son know I paid it.
