While visiting Corpus Christi my car died. I called my hometown Firestone GM, Randall Blakeney, asking him to tell me where to go. In the time it took me to arrange for a tow, Randall had called ahead to Jackie to tell her all my details--all I had to do was walk in and Jackie took care of me! I called the store on October 1st to schedule an appointment for Sunday and spoke with Rick about the services I needed for both of my vehicles. Rick was incredibly courteous and patient over the phone, which made scheduling the appointments a breeze. When I dropped off my vehicles today, Rick greeted me with a smile and a handshake, letting me know he was the person I had spoken to. Before I handed over the keys, he thoroughly went over the details of the services to be performed on both cars. I also mentioned an additional issue I wanted them to check, and Rick assured me that the technician would give me a call if anything needed further attention. True to his word, Rick called me about an hour later to let me know that the issue was in good shape and didn't require any repairs. As the work was completed, he kept me updated and even called me when the first vehicle was ready to pick up. About an hour later, he let me know the second vehicle was also ready. Before leaving, I asked Rick about another vehicle we have and requested a quote. He was attentive and patient, providing me with the information I needed and assuring me that I'd be able to follow up with him. Rick's exceptional customer service has earned my loyalty, and I will definitely be bringing my business back to this location. I truly appreciate the care Rick and the team took with me and my family. Highly recommend.
