⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience at Romay’s Auto Shop!!!!! I’m a college student, and finding an auto shop that’s both honest and understanding of my budget can be tough, but Romay’s was incredible. They were very accommodating with what I could afford and explained everything clearly. When I dropped off my car, they even gave me a shuttle ride straight to campus, which really stood out to me. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and respectful. If you’re looking for an auto shop that genuinely cares about its customers and goes above and beyond for you, I can’t recommend them enough. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future for maintenance and repairs.

They did a courtesy inspection for me. The report showed me pictures of everything that needed to done and they broke it down in areas of importance… they repaired my oil leak valve cover, did oil changed and wheel alignment for now. I have been impressed with their great customer service.

I brought my truck in to get aligned. Taylor kept me up to date on everything. They did a quick diagnostics check, mentioned that my vehicle was in the green for the alignment. Taylor let me know what needed to be replaced, and got me at the door pretty fast. They're a great company with friendly workers. I will definitely come back to service other vehicles.

I brought a car to them from AutoNation. I was interested in buying. They did a pre-purchase inspection. They were able to squeeze me in the same day. They gave me a ride to Moore Plaza so I didn’t have to wait in their lobby. 3 1/2 hours later, they came and picked me up. They went over a detailed report with me. They took pictures and explained everything they found both good and bad. The master tech said he saw no reason not to purchase the vehicle. This took all the guest work out of the process for me and gave me peace of mind. It was well worth the money. I will never buy another car without getting a pre-purchase inspection from them first. If my car ever breaks and I can’t fix it myself, I will know where to take it now. I was very impressed with their professional and courteous service.

Taylor was helpful getting me in the shop after a failed alternator had left me stranded on the roadside. Coordination with the tow company was efficient and easy. I appreciated the courtesy ride back to my place while my truck was in the shop as well. The auto-maintenance software sent via a link to my phone that displayed the status of the various components of my vehicle was a much-appreciated bonus. Thank you for getting that alternator replaced, and I will be seeing you if anything else wears out on me!

Customer service and quality of work is excellent! I have used Romay's for the maintenance and repair of my early model (1995) truck for years. Customers receive a complimentary comprehensive report (that includes photos) of any issues that need immediate attention as well as a heads up of issues that don't require immediate action, but should be considered "down the road". In addition to the written report, my latest service advisor, Mike, kept me well informed of the repairs that were being performed, and assured me that those repairs would be done in a timely manner without compromising quality. I highly recommend Romay's to anyone who is looking for superior work at a reasonable price.

Mike was great. Really friendly. I absolutely love that I got a full report with pictures of everything including all my dents/dings. I went in for an oil leak which they found and explained. They broke down the process and needs simply for anyone to understand. They had my veh ready by the day they said as well. My compartment air filter had a crap ton of leaves and alot left in the compartment, which is my only complain cus now I have to listen to them until I go back to have the air filters replaced and my next budget for the tie tods n brake stuff. But I will be going back to get more work done. I truely appreciated the atmosphere while I was waiting for my pickup. They offered shuttle svc free of charge, but I had already made plans. They also have coupons you can apply immediately when you book your appt online. Price point seems fair as well.

I dropped my truck off knowing it had several codes triggering the check engine light. I informed the staff upfront that while I suspected a spark plug issue, there were additional codes unrelated to the spark plugs that would need attention. The team was very friendly and did quality work replacing the spark plugs, brakes, ball joints, and servicing the transmission fluid. However, I did pay for a check engine light diagnostic, and when I received the truck back, the light was still on. I was then informed that diagnosing the remaining codes would require an additional $159. While I appreciate the work that was completed and the professionalism of the staff, I was disappointed that all issues tied to the original diagnostic were not addressed or at least fully quoted before pickup. Overall, the repairs performed were done well, but clearer communication regarding the remaining codes and potential additional costs would have been appreciated.
