This was my first time ever making a hail clam on vehicle. Zach and Wills customer service made my experience less stressful. They walked me through the whole process, kept in top my insurance company to insure my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner without needing me to get involved. It is insane what these guys can do to with hail damage. I had both my Rivian and Bronco get demolished by hail and they got both of them to like new condition. It was a challenge to even find a shop that could do either the aluminum body vehicle that my Bronco has or willing to work on an electric vehicle, but they were able to do both. Each one was done expertly. Zach and his team are true craftsmen in paintless body work.

These guys are the best! So helpful and friendly, dealt with the insurance for me, and even paid the difference for a rental upgrade since my insurance only covered a sedan to replace my small suv. Awesome service and awesome results! AAHR pays your deductible up to 1000 dollars. Zach and all the guys I talked to were equal parts professional and personable. The car looks great (I don't know how to post photos on here) but it does! They even made sure that my hood scoop got painted so it matched the rest. A front panel came loose on my car and I couldn’t find anyone to take the time to fix it. As a kind of last resort I decided to try American Auto Hail Repair - even though I had no hail damage. I stopped by hoping to make an appointment. The owner, Phil, stopped what he was doing (looked super busy!) and came out to see what I was talking about. He fixed it right then! And wouldn’t accept any payment for it!! He certainly made my day (not to mention, restoring my faith in humanity)! So amazing to meet with such kindness! That is a business to trust 100%.

Zach was amazing and so helpful throughout the process! I live about an hour and a half away from the shop in Colorado Springs. I heard great things about American Auto Hail Repair through family friends, so I figured I would make the drive to check it out. I was not disappointed! Zach helped me get the insurance claim figured out, and took the initiative to get in contact with the adjuster so I didn’t have to. He also got my rental car all set up to save me the hassle. He was in constant contact with me to give me general updates and timeframes, and I really appreciated the transparency. With living so far, Zach worked with me in picking up and dropping off on the weekends and was super flexible. Overall, the process was made super simple and American Auto Hail Repair did an amazing job fixing my car. The cherry on top is they even detailed the inside of my car!!! It was such a nice treat to get in my car and have such a great surprise! 10/10 in customer service and 10/10 on the amazing work! I first contacted Mark who left a hail damage card on my car. He was pushed too far out and I was on a time crunch since I was moving out of state. He referred me to American Auto hail repair in Longmont which was closer to me. Not only did they explain the process in detail.. they were flexible with drop off times etc. Mark, Zack, and Will were all great. The only hiccup was my insurance dragging their feet but that was not their fault. Got the car back the day before I moved and in perfect condition. They even detailed it inside and out! No money out of pocket... insurance took care of everything and my car looks amazing and super clean! 10/10 recommend. If you have ANY hail damage just give them a call.

hard to find customer service like this in 2025 ! my car was completley ruined (ended up being $7300 worth of damage) after the hail storm last may . i found AAHR on google and called to see if they accepted statefarm insurance & to my surprise they did ! Zach recommended i come into the shop to see if they can assist on fixing my car. i went in the following day for an appointment for them to take a peek and to my surprise they said they could do it no problem. they then called me to schedule an appointment to drop off and get the ball rolling with insurance . they made this process so easy , i never even had to speak to my insurance company! upon arrival, they had an Uber driver, waiting to take me to enterprise to pick up my rental. i dropped my car off on February 17, 2025 and my car was completely ready for pick up on February 27. AAHR also had a driver take me back from enter To the shop to pick up my car. They also. Paid my $500 deductible which I’ve never had happen and such a nice feeling knowing i didn’t have to stress paying anything . the people who work here truly care about the work they put out! and i would recommend 1000x , they make it so easy to put trust into leaving your car with them , and that’s from someone who drives a kia and is constantly worried it’ll get stolen (also zach made sure to put my club on like i asked even though itwas only outside for an hour before i picked up)🤣🤣
