50/50. Windshield wiper motors didn't engage after I had my car serviced for another problem. They did end up fixing it, but that made me wonder about how well the tech did on the rest of my vehicle.

I was planning on coming into the Honda service center for an oil change. Then I had encountered a flat tire due to reasons unknown. I had a couple friends help me with putting on the spare to then bring it into honda. Allen Sanchez was there to help. My tire in particular was not available on hand but Sanchez made sure to get one in that evening before the shop closed so that way I could bring it in the next morning to get fixed as well as getting a routine oil change. I am very impressed with the Honda team and I greatly appreciate the attentive, honest, compassionate, and caring attitude that each employee exudes. Thank you!

Got everything done I needed in the service dept on a Saturday with no appointment. Took awhile, but I'm very happy. I live near Greeley but the Honda dealer there is by appointment only on Saturday, so I drove to Fowler Honda in Longmont and spent my $280 there instead. Kudos!

The guy at the front help desk called out racial slurs as I entered the building I left shortly after in fear for my safety. If your a minority I highly recommend u find a different dealership.

Trust all of the bad reviews. After going to the service department since 2020 for maintenance and repairs, I will not be back. Between the poor communication, unprofessionalism, and causing an oil leak, they definitely leave a lot to be desired. Something has changed in the Service Department.

Always been impressed with this dealership/service dept. They're fast! They're honest! They try and help you SAVE money on your car and not spend it, like so many mechanics are accused of. I've dealt with them for years, wouldn't go anywhere else! 👍

It could be hard to reach them by phone sometimes. But once you do, and once you're there for service, it's a good experience. You can communicate by text very easily once you have an appointment scheduled as well. Plenty of things to walk to while you wait.

Made an appointment 4 days in advance. Showed up, they had no record of my appointment. Said it would be 4 hours for basic maintenance because “they were so backed up”. Didn’t have the dip stick I needed in stock, despite me giving them advanced notice and it being a Honda service center. I have zero formal training and I think I could run this shop better than they do.

I came to these folks needing a factory recall response. They were fast, incredibly nice, and very thorough. I can't begin to tell you how polite and accommodating they were. We live close and walked back after drop off, but they offered all accommodations when we said we'd walk home after. There was a tech there that was also a mom.... she was so fugging great. Helped keep my kid calm in the vehicle bay and remembered taking points from my drop off. MAJOR POINTS HERE. THESE GUY HAVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOWN.

What a lovely car-buying experience!! After doing an Internet search to find just the right car, it was located on Fowler Honda’s lot in Longmont. We met Roberto, who was extraordinarily knowledgeable but also low pressure. He helped us get exactly what we wanted. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous, and the deal went through smoothly and efficiently. Remember how everyone used to hate to go to a dealer to buy a car? Well, no more. This was a great experience.

Bought a car here in February and was convinced to purchase a warranty. Summer came around and I noticed the ac didn’t work. Took it in to get it looked at a few months ago. They left me in the dark all day with what was going on with my car. I called back multiple times to inquire if they were finished with the inspection yet. My appointment was in the morning around 8:30 and I called around noon. They said they hadn’t even looked at it yet. I called back around 3:30 and they said they were just finishing up diagnostics. I was then informed approximately 15 minutes later that they had done a recharge on the ac. They never called me to ask if I wanted to proceed with that and wanted to charge me full price for the diagnostics and recharge. My ac should have been covered under warranty. They ended up giving me “discounts” to make the price closer to my warranty deductible. The recharge did not fix my ac at all and they claimed it wasn’t under warranty. Took my car to Fisher Acura in Boulder and they actually repaired my car and charged me the correct price. Will never come here again for anything!!! Customer service and communication is atrocious.

Faith helped me out and got me scheduled but made no promises that anything would be fixed today since it was a full day. At the very least, she got me scheduled. Throughout the day, she was able to get me in and seen, and eventually, I got to Jose, who was able to get the repair done. I thought I was good, but unfortunately, I wasn't. It was almost closing time for Honda and their team when I called, and Faith told me to bring the car back, and they would wait on me. When I returned, Jose was there awaiting my return. Faith and Jose stayed late and helped me out after hours. Faith gave me a loaner for the evening, and the next morning, Jose came in early and got my car back on the road late that morning. The extra effort and commitment meant a lot to me since I am an active-duty Naval officer, and I appreciate this level of effort when I see it. This dealership really came through for me in a time of need, and I am truly grateful for their level of commitment to the customer!

Not a terrible experience at this place as employees were nice and the waiting area was good. I’m simply not happy about their repairs. My 2018 Honda Fit had mouse damage to all 3 wiring harnesses on top of the engine. I waited while Fowler repaired most of the damage at a cost of $650. I got the car back and the wires were wrapped sloppily in grey “mouse tape.” I complained the repair was sloppy and looked bad. They corrected a couple of the harnesses to my satisfaction. The harness in the attached pictures are “fine” according to Fowler. Do they look fine to you?

We were camped at St Vrain State Park when our car wouldn’t drive and needed to be towed. Fowler was the closest Honda dealer and Sydney in the service center took great care of us. When we called she booked an appointment for the next morning and offered a shuttle ride to the rental car place. When we arrived at the service center via tow truck she surprised us by getting our car in for service the same day and gave us the use of Fowler’s loaner car. Sydney’s friendly, caring approach greatly eased the tension of a difficult situation. Thank you!

Well, I hate to leave a bad review but since Chris the GM never responded after he sent me a survey and I texted him back, I felt obligated to. #1, if you promise a customer more than once something will be done in 2 days, try to keep that promise or at LEAST have open communication. #2, someone there destroyed the tint on my passenger side window. I brought out my advisor Diego when I noticed it right away upon pickup. He talked to the manager of service, but no further communication took place on their end. So I reached out to the General Manager and of course, no communication. #3. Tighten. The. Lug. Nuts. That should be an absolute priority when getting ANY work done that requires the tires to come off. I picked up my truck and left for a 800 mile road trip shortly after. I had a horrible thumping sound coming from the front. Luckily my fiance went to take the tire off to figure out what it was and the drivers side front tire lug nuts could of been screwed off by HAND. This is absolutely horrificly dangerous!!! Do better Fowler Honda!! Communication was trash the entire time. With all of the horrible events that occurred, it makes me wonder if my almost $2k in service was done right. I trusted you since my family has been using you for more than 10 years. Looks like the trust stops there. I will Never recomend Fowler Honda service to anyone and will be advising my family, who 4 of the 5 have Hondas, to go somewhere else.
