I showed up needing a new battery for my Camry. I left my engine running in the parking lot, because I wouldn't be able to start it again. I had called ahead and tried to let someone know my situation but was barely acknowledged by the person at the desk who was looking over paperwork with the one customer ahead of me. Two other employees stood in the garage area talking and not working on anything. When I asked if I could pull my car into the garage so I could turn off the engine, they pointed me back to the desk. After 20 minutes of waiting like this, I finally left and went to Oil can Henry's where I received excellent service for a fair price. Don't waste your time at Walmart for auto needs.

I know next to nothing about automotive repair and maintenance. Went to get new tires and needed an alignment. Tire tech told me to get the car aligned first and then get tires. When I went to get it aligned, the mechanic told me I needed to get the tires first because the alignment is set using the tires. Good prices, poor advice.

Very disappointed with my experience here. I read some reviews before taking my car in to get my tire repaired and I really should have avoided coming here in the first place. Based on the reviews, I decided to call and try to make an appointment since they are short staffed. The person who answered the phone gave me a time window to drop off my car and then hung up without asking for my name or phone number to confirm an appointment. I showed up during the time window that I was given and I was immediately told to go to a different tire shop. I asked if I could make an “official” appointment and the woman that I spoke to insisted that I go somewhere else despite it being a simple repair. The employees here are very quick to turn you away and they are very hesitant to make appointments. It’s not worth the time or effort to go here. Discount Tire took my car in (with no appointment) and was done with the repair in under 45 minutes.

Pulled in at 6:30pm with a tire emergency after verifying that they close at 7. Turned away by the service person because they were understaffed and she wouldn’t take a walk-in. Walmart tire centers take walk-ins almost exclusively. Thanks for nothing, because of this poor excuse for customer service I had to speed through town trying to find a tire center that would actually help me. Thankfully Firestone on Hover was willing to help me out even though it was close to their closing time. Honoring your posted hours is a BASIC expectation. I will make sure Walmart auto center doesn’t get any more of my money after the extremely difficult situation they chose to put me in.

Scheduling an appointment is almost impossible. I scheduled an appointment to replace my tires on line for Saturday. Drove in to confirm my appointment on Friday just make sure. They had no record that I made an appointment. Scheduled another appointment for Saturday. Showed up Saturday morning and was told I didn't have an appointment and they were unable to service my vehicle that day. Rescheduled for Sunday. Showed up Sunday morning and they said I still didn't have an appointment. The tech on duty went out of his way and told me if I was willing to wait a couple hours he would get them installed. Two and a half hours later they were done. Unfortunately my rims were damaged during the install and I didn't notice until I got home.

Made an appointment to get all 4 tires changed. I decided to go here because they had thr tires in stock. Unlike another place I had tried first. Thr mechanic said that my lug nuts are swollen. And they do not have the proper tools to get them off. So I wasted my day off to make an appointment at a full service shop. To be told Walmart took their expensive tools away. Because, they had thr tools in thr past. Now I have to wait another week, with a tire that needs air daily. To get all four replaced. Another person there had a 12pm oil change appointment. They were "almost done" with him, when I left at 145pm. Do not bother going here. Pay the extra money, just to avoid the hassle of coming here.

Went for a basic tire remove and replace ..but cant leave wheel there for them to get to it. No, i must bring in on scheduled appt only, yet so few open slots....so screw it, i went to Velocity, not only no appt needed but it was cheaper too. Had much better luck at Thornton wal mart for previous tires.

Hmmm, I am confused by some of the reviews. I have had a breeze getting my oil changed here several times. And the techs were very pleasant. I was in and out quickly. I got a text when it was done and I paid and moved on. It was easy! I have asked the auto team for help with batteries and they have been super nice. I have no complaints!

Great prices for tires. Customer service lacking. Had a morning appointment for my tire installation. When I got there at 7am I was the only customer that had a car in for Service. It took them 30 minutes to first find my tires. Once they started installing my 4 tires I was pleased with the time it took for my car to be ready. I was notified though the Walmart app that my car was ready. Now this is where the customer service was lacking. With 4 people in the garage standing around a car that had just came into the garage bay for service. Not one of the 4 came in to check me out till at least 15 minutes later. One other thing to add. When you have tire service done, double check to make sure they put on the valve covers back on. After I got home and I drove my car the low tire pressure warning light came on and that's when I noticed two of the valve covers were not put back on. Now I have to go back and get valve covers.

Drive to Loveland, you'll thank yourselves later. I won't ever deal with this location again. They, including the service manager, lack any form of professionalism or customer service. I'm appalled by how insensitive and rude they are to paying customers. Especially those who are talked into their BS 'road hazard warranty'. The Loveland location off of Denver is a breath of fresh air, in comparison.

**Terrible Experience at Walmart Auto Center - Poor Service and Communication** I brought my truck to Walmart Auto Center for a warranty tire replacement, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. Initially, they messaged me that they couldn’t complete the job due to an airbag light issue, which was understandable. I took care of the issue at another shop and rescheduled an appointment to get the tires replaced. When I arrived for my new appointment, they couldn’t figure out how to check me in, which wasted an entire hour. Then, instead of replacing my tires, they gave me an oil change using a brand of oil I would never put in my truck. After wasting more time, they finally did the correct job and replaced the tires. At checkout, the total seemed fine, so I assumed everything was in order. However, upon reviewing the receipt later, I noticed they didn’t charge me for the roadside assistance that was included in the original quote. When I called to clarify, they falsely claimed I had declined the service, which wasn’t true—I had specifically asked for it during the tire replacement. They told me only a manager could resolve the issue, but every time I called, I was told the manager wasn’t available. The technicians either didn’t know where he was or said he had been missing for hours. Meanwhile, other customers in line were being told to "come back when it’s slower"—clearly a standard response for them. The whole experience was frustrating, filled with delays, poor communication, and terrible customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding Walmart Auto Center!

Tire shop worst experience ever! No one knows anything but Orlando the rest stood around doing nothing. No one could check us out, we had to wait for a manager that was tied up with an upset customer. The manager does not know how to run a crew of people! This young generation is LOST! NO ONE could figure out how to warranty my tire. I told them please just let me pay full price so I can leave the brain damage this caused me by enduring the stupidity of untrained employees! Train your people!!!!!! I watched 5 out of 6 employees doing nothing…. 🤯

Had a 7am appointment for some new tires. Got there at 7am and it took them until 7:45am to call me to let me know they can’t change my tires because my airbag service light was on… not sure what they were doing for 30 minutes since I was the only car there. Took the tires over to the new Discount Tire 5 minutes away and they greeted me outside at my car immediately and had it pulled into the bay within a minute of arriving and the tires were installed + car parked out front ready for me after 20 minutes… could have gotten cheap tires too. Go to discount tire

I got an OIL change and a Fuel Injection system cleaning done yesterday on a 2017 Toyota Corolla. The guy named David- super friendly and nice. But it seems like the technicians are either lazy, lack focus or suffer from some sort of dementia. I guess they really did NOT want me there or do NOT like customers or simply HATE to work. Besides the long hours of waiting for a simple oil change, I discovered this surprise in the morning. Yeah you saw it right. The empty bottle of fuel injection STUCK between the hood and headlight. The one star rating is for the excellent customer service I got from David otherwise this place is worth nothing.

This place used to be fantastic, to drive up with no appointment and walk away 30 minutes later with your oil changed for a lower price than any other shop. Now an appointment is required. No walk-ins available. Brought my car back the next day after making an appt and found out that they didn't have the oil for my car once I got there. A gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and polite, these issues seem to stem from management and not the employees actually doing the work.

First time trying Walmart for tires. I am impressed, ordered the tires online, cheap off-brand Thunderer for a work truck. Scheduled online appointment without any issues. Upon arrival was greeted by staff and overall customer service with all 4 employees working that day was excellent and friendly. Got me in and out in the time that I expected and will definitely consider this location again for tires for my work trucks.
