Didn't get a chance to utilize any service. The not so nice man at the front desk answered my questions quickly with a very smart aleck demeanor. Giving me attitude and speaking to me like a child. He disguised his apparent racism with a smile but being that I've traveled the entire United States I recognize when my money is not wanted in an establishment. Signed a very dark skinned women who lives in a city of 5,000 people only 9% being people of color.

Meineke has great staff. It is less convenient than places that you just stay in the car for an oil change but the price was great and the service staff are great. I will return.

Oil change was finne. It took 2 hours, though. That was because they were trying to find other things wrong with the car, which I didn't really want and didn't ask for. The people were nice enough.

It is unfortunate the service I received yesterday, Saturday, November 8, from the service advisor Mark Place, being a regular customer who took my 4 cars to do the oil change service, he told me that he will no longer attend to me because I do not accept his recommendations for additional work where I do not find his justifiable excuse to deny me a future oil change service. I feel frustrated and upset by the treatment received from Mr. Mark Place.

This place was recently running a promotion for cheap oil changes, so I decided to bring in my Tacoma. They don't offer conventional oil, only synthetic or synthetic blend. The oil change itself took about 1.5 hours, which I thought was long. Unfortunately, after the oil change I start getting oil drips on my driveway every time I parked. I thought it was due to an initial settling-in period, but the drips continued even a month after the oil change. I finally started poking around and turns out the new oil filter was loose, not even hand tight. It was very evident the leak was coming from the filter. Since tightening the drips have stopped. Super sloppy job by this shop. Hand tightening the filter is basic stuff. You get what you pay for. I will not be back.

Avoid these incompetent mechanics. Went in for a simple sensor repair. They disconnected my alarm system and my horn, because when the tech disconnected the battery, the horn alarm went off. He actually called me because he didn't know what to do and to see if I had a different key. I suggested doing a google search or call the Ford dealer, as I had done in the past. It's as simple as putting the key in the ignition, turning it to the on position and turning it off to reset. Instead, they disconnected my alarm and also my horn so they no longer operate. When I asked them to fix their mistake, they gave me some BS that it wasn't their problem and that I should go somewhere else. They then offered to do another diagnostic at my expense to fix a problem they created. What kind of business operates like this? My wife actually called them to see if she could talk sense to the manager. He was arrogant and rude. He would not accept any responsibility. Just look at the other 1 or 2 star reviews, they give you nothing of substance in their responses. Nothing is what you'll get.

I was very happy with my experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. I like how they text you the progress so if you want to leave and go shopping/eat that is fine. You'll know when they are done.

Once started, the service was fine, but after a very disappointing beginning. Pulled up to the bays, one in use and two available, with the mindset that they will either guide me in or ask me to park it. They did neither. Two mechanics in the active bay glanced my way a few times, but made no effort to engage, not even a gesture. More problematic was the young man at the front desk. He clearly saw me through the window as my car idled, but he made no gesture. Twice he walked into the active bay, made eye contact with me, then returned to the office. After 5 minutes, I settled into a parking space and walked in. "I wondered if you were gonna have me wait all day," I calmly stated. The young attendant smirked, or perhaps I only imagined that piece, as he explained policy: "Oh, this ain't like an oil change, you can't self park." So frustrated, I almost left, but in enough of a hurry that I chose to carry on with the service. The attendant had maybe one customer during the 5 minutes I'd waited, and twice he entered the bay in no particular hurry. I can't imagine that, either through training or common sense, he wouldn't have taken 45 seconds out of his not exactly busy schedule to walk over and ask me to park. Like I say, the service was fine, but I will never return here.

Had an appointment booked with them for 5 pm and called them at 4 pm to let them know I might be a few minutes late (traffic). They mentioned it should be fine if I were there by 5:15 pm. I arrived at 5:17 pm, and they asked me to return, saying they needed 45 minutes to work on my car. I understand that, but it would have been nice to let me know that they can't take my car in, rather than making me drive to the shop all the way there. I have been a Meineke customer in FoCo for 3 years now, but the Longmont location has really disappointed me and has definitely lost a loyal customer!!!! Very rude person on the front desk, said with a smirk "you should be here on time if you need to get your service done", does not really help!!! I was happy to book another day if I was informed that a few minutes delay can't be entertained. Also, when I reached, there was no one at the counter and I had to wait for around 10 mins before anyone showed up....

As far as I a can tell, the service for my car was fine, and the staff was very friendly. I did have to wait extra time to drop off my keys due to there only being one staff member in the whole place, even though I arrived on time for my appointment. My kids and I waited outside in intense wind for 12 minutes until the guy was off the phone because the waiting room smelled awful like body odor, I nearly gagged. He was apologetic though about the wait time. In the bathroom, the toilet desperately needed to be cleaned.

They got me in fast and finished within hours. I went to a different shop down the road and my car sat there for 2 days, I took it to Meineke and they got me into a bay immediately. Great prices and knowledge. They reviewed my carfax and found where the issue originated from. I was able to drive my car 200 miles over i70 without any concern. Brakes feel perfect! No wobbles now!

I called to get an appointment and they told me to come down right away they would get me in. Jed the manager was amazing he went through the inspection of my vehicle he explained everything in a way I could understand. The guys in the shop were very knowledgeable and got the work done quickly. I have never had an experience like this at a shop. I would definitely recommend using this shop for all your car care needs.

This is a great shop. Trustworthy and thorough. I've been working with this shop for several years. Always been a great experience. Most recently, I had a vehicle towed to them late in the day with an unknown problem and needed information quickly. They were able to get an initial diagnostic performed within the last hour of their business day and let me know how things were looking. Excellent service all around. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reliable and honest shop.
