I can usually find what I need or want, get done what I need done. The staff is okay. Not bad service, but not amazing service either. They were understaffed, but that's not their fault.

I was given the wrong part by an employee. I even mentioned that it didn’t look the same, but he told me it was just a new design. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the wrong part after all. To make things worse, they charged my card, and now I have to wait for the refund before I can fix my truck. Very frustrating experience.

The customer service is so much Better at this store than Main Street. Very welcoming and pleasant experience. I will shop here rather than Main Street even though it is out of the way for me !

I bought oil for my car and I was dumb and dropped my oil cap into my car, and I believe his name is Gabriel, but he saved the day by reaching into my car and getting it for me. Fantastic customer service! I’m coming here again for sure!

I had a straight up amazing experience here with the new manager, Lyle. He saved me at least $250. The lights on my Subaru dashboard were flashing like crazy like all of them at once. As you can appreciate, that is an anxiety-inducing experience. I know that going into Subaru out of the gates is $150 for them to simply analyze the problem. Forget actually taking care of it. But I did some research on the issue and a bunch of people on a subReddit recommended going to AutoZone and that they would run a scan for you. This is exactly what Lyle did for me...at no charge. Right there I saved my first $150 by not going to the Subaru dealership. Next he ran all the tests and then showed me what the error codes were. And then from those error codes, he deduced that it was an electrical problem. And then he suggested that we go test the battery now. And voilà… Failed battery. So I purchased a $200 battery from AutoZone and Lyle installed it for free. So in the end, I’m out a little over $200. If I had gone through that whole situation at the Subaru dealership I would’ve been out $450 because they would’ve hit me up for labor on top of everything else. I cannot recommend this AutoZone highly enough! And also, it’s under new management. Lyle is the new store manager and he used to run his own shop for more than 20 years. The guy has deep deep knowledge. I’m a firm believer that when you have a good leader at the top, it infuses the whole culture. And although Lyle has only been there for about two weeks, I’m betting that this AutoZone is going to benefit from his leadership.

This review is a month late, but better late than never. I wanted to share the incredible service Leo provided back in mid-November. He was a life saver. I don't want to go into details, but just want to say 'thank you' for your help. Great service and highly recommend Auto Zone!

Usually it's a hit or miss when I come to this location. I came in for purchasing a full set of pads, sensors, & rotors for my Q7. As I entered, there was a couple just completing a purchase at 1 register and five autozone employee's behind the counters & one was outside. I waited for the first register where two employees were having a conversation. It looked like they could have been training. They didn't acknowledge me, walked away from their registers toward the back. So I assumed after the couple made their purchase, I was next. Once the purchase was finished, I greeted good afternoon & and no one responded, they turned and walked toward the other register in a group conversation. That was further away from me. I stood there for a moment waiting for response. Clearly their conversations were the priority. I then left the building and as I exited the parking lot. I had a brief conversation with the employee outside who was helping another customer. Fortunately O'reilly in Boulder off 28th St helped out & even gave me a veterans discount with amazing customer service! Thank you for providing me with an opportunity to have a quality experience at O'reilly's in boulder!
