Customer service was okay I guess, and the quality of the detail wasn’t very good. They actually didn’t clean part of the car’s carpet in the back of my hatchback. I’d even explained that I was willing to spend more money on the detail to get it done right. Instead, they charged me the normal rate, did an “eh” job and moved on to the next car. They explained that part of their team didn’t come in, which I could understand would make things complicated. Also got a story about how some kid stole one of the detailers backpacks full of weed which I didn’t think was very professional and didn’t instill a ton of confidence. But, it shouldn’t be an excuse for poor quality. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day. I’m also missing a brand new can of silver wheel touch up paint after my detail as well. (I know, shouldn’t have left it in there, but you’d think you could trust a business with that sort of thing. It’s what prompted me to leave this review.)

They did fine on the car. The customer service needs work, and plenty of it. The guy I dealt with seemed to lie a lot. Told me he didn't finish my car until 8:30, but called me at 6:30 saying it was done. Told me one price but never wrote it down so they could charge me double. They may have done that amount of work, but they told me a different price. They handed me a coupon that was expired for 10% off, though! Made me feel very uncomfortable when he took me home and picked me up as well. I appreciate the work, but I will not be coming back.

Nothing short of AMAZED!! We bought our vehicle with 15 miles in it and proceeded to spend the next 10 years raising kids in it. Yogurt, Milk, Cereal, Candy, stuff that (we didn't know WHAT it was but sticks to you when you sit in that seat)... Everything has happened to this car. Yet it comes back to us looking and smelling almost brand new. I think our vehicle was the most challenging they've had, if it wasn't I'm not sure I would want to know what was! They exceeded our expectations and I WILL recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a detail job.

These guys did a phenomenal job on my mom’s 20 year old Subaru- hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years, either. By the time they were done, the car looked brand new - I couldn’t believe it. Very responsive and professional and dropped me off at my house too. Will definitely use JD’s again for any auto detailing! Highly recommend.

I would recommend finding someone else, and never go to these people in the first place. The first time I got my vehicle detailed it was great, they followed instructions and they did a wonderful job. The price was also fair. The second time I had the exact same job done, interior only and not to mess with anything in the center console because I had a bunch of valuable documents in there that I didn't want to disorganize. Come to find out when my truck was ready, they had charged me upwards of $500 for interior only detailing, they were done in half the time compared to the first time, it wasn't as dirty as the first time, not only did they not do a good job this time, the entire inside of my door on the driver and passenger side and in the bins we're still dirty and coated in dirt, and they took out my center console and threw it all in a trash bag and ruined half of my documents that I needed for my tax returns. After being asked not to touch it. So not only did they charge me for a full vehicle detail and only detail the inside about 80%, they also destroyed my documents and did exactly what I asked them not to do and charged me $500 for this. These people can go to hell I hope they go out of business

These guys are great. Absolutely recommend. So friendly, and their interior detail cleaning of my car was 10/10 after not having had it cleaned for almost a full year- dog hair, dust, etc stuck in all the tiny crevices completely gone. They’re also super accommodating with the free shuttle drop-off and pick up for while your car’s being serviced, things kept delaying me at work and they were totally flexible. I did my research for car detailing in Longmont before going to them and they truly are the best!
