Some very hefty brake repair and done onetime for the right price. If you use Valley Nissan check their website for coupons.

These guys are honest and extremely affordable. It is a very un-stereotypical dealership service department. I'll be bringing my Pathfinder here every time

Excellent customer service in the Service Department. They should use paper mats so technicians don't transfer oil/grease on car floor mats.

Great as always. Personal attention and they expedited the service so I was in and out quickly. Fuel filters, oil change and rotation in no time at all. Thanks to Doug and his crew.

I had to order a clutch assembly for a Mitsubishi. I was told it was on back order until January 17 2022 from Japan the parts department did some extra research to find an American parts distribution center that had the parts and I received them within 24 hours of the conversation. Thanks to Kevin and Dillon for everything.

Purchased two 2022's from Valley Nissan/Mitsubishi this year. A 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Platinum & a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder SL plus. Ben was our sales person and went above and beyond for us. We will continue to be loyal customers as long as Ben remains employed at this location. Seriously, if you are in the market to buy a new vehicle, go see Ben, you will not regret it, he actually listens and is not pushy.

Eliseo contacted me because I wanted info regarding a new Leaf S Plus. I had a 2018 Leaf to trade in. I had a deal worked out with another local Nissan dealer and didn't think Valley could beat their offer. Eliseo asked for a chance to earn my business. I agreed and Valley beat the other dealers offer by a significant amount. Even during the Covid 19 pandemic Valley made it easy for me to purchase my new car.

I took my car in for a diagnostic test. This service costs ~$165. After 2 hours, I was told they did not/could not find the issue and only did one small task that was not worth $165 or two hours of work. I was rushed out the door and told to bring the car back and pay additional money to do more testing. I called shortly after the "work" and asked if I could bring the car back since the flash had done nothing for my car and I wanted to give them more time with it to find out what the problem was. They denied that request and said I would have to reschedule and pay for the same service I just paid for. After expressing my discontent with the service manager, (almost impossible to get a hold of) he offered to take another look but he was unwilling to assure me I would not have to pay again. I never would have guessed my service experience would be so terrible based on the reviews, Don't risk it and take you business elsewhere.

I was in very good hands from the moment i stepped in. Everyone was so absolutely genuinely friendly, from the salesmen, the managers, to the service technicians. I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone was! I bought my first new car in 20 years. The experience was phenomenal instead of frustrating. I highly recommend!!

I need an update for the radio in my Nissan. It has already created an unsafe driving condition due to a software malfunction, as described in NTB23-018, retrieved from the national highway traffic safety administration website. $180 is what this dealership would charge me to diagnose if I need this update. I know I need the update I'm not on 912. I am on 910. I've experienced an unsafe issue with the radio. The only way to get this update is from a Nissan dealer. If I'm going to spend $180 I'm just going to get a new head unit, in which I have the legally required ability to repair, If it malfunctions.

My wife and my experiences with Valley Nissan Service are much improved when their service advisor, Austin, is managing repairs on our truck. He is highly responsive and appears to genuinely care for customers and ensures our concerns are aknowledged. He also seems to enjoy a good challenge, which our truck gives plenty of, thoroughly investigates and resolves all issues. However, the other service advisor (name not to be mentioned) is completely the opposite and we will never work with him again! We prefer and will request to work with Austin, exclusively. This service professional is above par and we are so appreciative! Now, my only critique is that any repair, no matter how small, takes "7 hours" to perform. For example, I heard that "other" service advisor, name not to be mentioned, tell another customer that it would take 7 hours to replace an simple EGR valve. I also heard him tell yet another customer that it would take 3 to 4 hours FOR JUST AN OIL CHANGE! For a moment, I saw her bewilderment and struggle with that reality, but it was probably not all day since she waited there for the service. Hmmm. Lastly, we have also noticed this pattern of a seemingly "7 hour" time requirement and delayed notification when our vehicle is ready not sooner than an hour prior to closing, after its been in their shop all day regardless of the nature or complexity of services/repairs. We live 30 minutes out so that makes it extremely difficult to get there before they close.

We are so happy with Valley Nissan. Vakho was an amazing sales rep. Nate was a great finance guy. We are in and out in 30mins. After telling my coworkers about my experience, I had 2 other co workers go to Valley Nissan and purchase their vehicles in the same week. They also were pleased with the business focus and respecting their time. Definitely would return and seek out Vakho as my sales rep.

I would like to thank your service worker Dillon, thanks for the knowledge on my Nissan Altima and what possibly could be going on with it cutting out and using more gas then usually. I ended up replacing the upward O2 sensor. Running goid as new. Thanks again Dillon and Merry Christmas.

Horrible place to buy a car!!! They were dishonest about the financing. They let me go home with the car with all the papers signed. Next day they told me I needed to "sign some more papers", which I ignored. It turned out that my financing fell through. After a few days they finally admitted this was why they wanted me to "sign some more papers". They threatened to repo the car if I didn't come back in. My car was a Nissan Leaf. I stopped in to charge my Leaf with their public charging station - it doesn't work. ... When I called corporate to complain, all they did was to simply refer my complaint to the Valley Nissan manager (the source of the horrible management).
